snippets: it ended up healing nicely!! the crater was pretty small, like the tip of a ballpoint pen. but i just kept it moisturized and put aquaphor and vaseline on it and was veryyy gentle with it- avoiding any major friction, didn’t use any topicals (besides moisturizer, sunscreen, and aquaphor) on it and only used a gentle cleanser. lesson learned not to put a pimple patch on a spot that’s already healing/trying to make new skin.
