content: I have been using these for a month.I have tried a bunch of eye creams, but nothing worked for my extremely pigmented upper and lower dark circles.I have been told I have hereditary dark circles and only laser might work, but ROC eye cream is mind blowing.I have use it morning and night , it doesn’t sting or burn my eyes like other eye cream.Also the packaging is so convenient and easy to roll on.Plus point u can use on your lips as well , it has lighten my lips a little bit.I will continue using for 3-6 months for the full benefit.

I love this balm so much and it has become a staple in my everyday routine.
It brightens and hydrates my eyes really good and I also love to use it under makeup. I also noticed that my under eyes look way more healthy, awake, smoother and radiant since I started using this balm.
Also the texture is absolutely amazing and it glides on very smoothly.
Definitely recommend!

content: The balm will def benefit you it if your under eye are is dry and crepy. I use it under concealer. Package is of high quality, very easy and convenient to use. Make sure you are not sensitive to vitamin C. No scent. The texture is like a lip balm. Love it
