But once I opened the box, it was clear it's a used device. The back panel had obviously been removed and glued back on. The charger and cable were also used and didn’t match what you'd expect from a brand-new box. Overall, it was a really bad experience receiving a used phone and used accessories as if they were new. When we contacted service center we found handset is dead on arrival & when they checked the IMEI number they found mobile is out of warranty. I assume you're from Brazil. I tried to find the price, but couldn't .so you should check it yourself. In general, Motorola screen replacements cost about 1/3 of the phone’s original price, so it's not always worth it.
