No card was left to indicate this was done so I held on for a delivery that was effectively downstairs. The box was tampered with and opened on 2 sides for all of my neighbours to see the content. I have no idea which courier was used otherwise I would make a formal complaint.
If you can't have confidence in Durex packaging service and selected delivery company then I can't make a direct purchase ever again.
