items 3: content: I started using C4 on the advice of a buddy who does Ruck Pack workouts (weighted backpacks, sandbags, etc.) and I must say I'm impressed. The powder tastes so much better than the version sold in cans, and it mixes great with minimal a minimal amount of water (6oz) so your stomach doesn't get that "sloshy" effect when you're moving around!
The actual effects are fantastic! In about 5 minutes you get this tingly sensation and then it's go time! I was able to work out much longer than normal and I felt more focused while lifting. This product will totally increase your endurance and workout efficiency. Think instead of going hard for 30 - 45 minutes you can go 69 -90 minutes.
But the best part, it doesn't make you jittery or wired like so many other energy drinks. You're not running around like someone that's had way to much coffee; you're just able to workout longer and push yourself harder!

But who really cares about what it tastes like anyway. For workout use I have found this incredibly powerful. When I come back from work. I have normally feel shattered as I have a physical job. But knowing I have this stuff all I need to do is drink it If I need to be productive. Wait half an hour and suddenly I am ready to rock and roll. As soon as you drink it, you start feeling pins and needles all over your body which some people may find weird. But I like it as I know it's taking effect. But the pins and needles wear off after about 15 minutes or quicker as soon as you start working out. When your at the gym you feel focused and sometimes even lost your own world of working out. For me it's been great As I've now have that drink that can kick me in the ass whenever I need to be productive. Not just at the gym but also doing chores around the house or if i need to push through a few more hours on a hard day at work. Honestly great product and no real calm down. Just wouldn't drink it after 5:00 p.m. As it can keep you up. 5 star ??????????

This new formulation is a much finer powder and mixed up perfectly In a glass with a spoon, no shaker needed. Taste: In previous versions of c4 they have always tasted good to me, a little on the sweet side and most were pretty tart. Fruit punch in other versions was usually pretty tart for me. This new version tastes sweet like usual minus the tartness which makes it much more enjoyable. Sometimes I like to mix it with extra water and continue sipping on it throughout my workout because it tastes so good. Energy & Focus: This procurement has always given me tremendous energy & focus. I was skeptical that a better formula could be made. I appreciate That The caffeine & beta alanine levels were both increased. I'm glad the N-Acetyl-l-tyrosine stayed in the formula since I can really tell extra mental clarity from it. I'm a big fan of removing bitter orange & yohimbe and replacing with a cutting edge novel compound like teacor. TeaCor seems to give as good if not better energy/focus than the other stimulants minus the unwanted side effects. Typically I would use 3 scoops of c4. The tweaked formula has allowed me to cut back to 2 scoops which adds extra value to the product. I used this product ever day for 2 weeks and noticed no tolerance. Strength: I'm currently cutting so calories are lowered, cardio is increased, & c4 was the only supplement I was using during the 2 week time frame. Even while cutting I was able to maintain my strength, & it even increased on some lifts Vascularity: This is one of my favorite parts of c4. I've been using it for years & it always delivers some of the best pumps possible. I think Cellucor struck gold when they decided to use creatine nitrate in their preworkout & the addition of arginine akg allows it to last even longer in your body. I notice the pump regardless of how much product I use which really is a testament to how potent the creatine nitrate is. I've even found myself taking a scoop of c4 on nights I go out in order to give me energy/focus/& pumps lol Formula: I've been a loyal fan of c4 ever since it was first released a few years back. I'm extremely happy Cellucor has continued to use the same foundation for the formula while only tweaking very minor aspects of the formula. I think this is a more stream lined & consistent product that would work excellent for men, women, power lifters, cross fitters, & your average gym rat.

C4 doesnt give me jitters (anymore) but I feel like maybe at first it did but i'm so used to it now that it just gives me amazing energy and a get pump. i work out pretty much every day for 60 or more mins and have tons of energy afterwards when going to work, or to get things done around the house. This makes me a powerhouse and I can't live without it anymore. I've tried fruit punch and it's average, but i got sick of it fast. I'm probably on my 6th or 7th container of juicy candy burst and am still not sick of it and am willing to pay more for it vs the deals on other flavors.

I have almost tasted all of the C4 Original Flavors and when I heard Cellucor was releasing a candy flavor like pre-workout I was very excited and knew it would overcome all the other ones. The Juicy Candy Burst flavor was very tasty and delicious. It tastes and smells exactly like a pink Starburst. When I took my first sip I had no words to describe how incredible this flavor was because it was too amazing. This flavor was refreshing and sweet. It was almost as if I had the actual candy in my mouth. I used one level scoop with 8-10 oz. of water in my shaker. Within a few seconds the water mixed very well with the powder. The mixing is terrific as always especially coming from Cellucor. Usually in about 5-10 mins. before my workout I could already feel a good amount of energy and would feel motivated to workout. The energy and focus lasted throughout my entire workouts. I did not feel exhausted or unmotivated. The strength and muscle pumps are excellent. I always have the best pumps. They were very full and skin tightening. I was able to lift heavier, performed extra reps and set new PRs. Out of all the other flavors I have tried before I must say the Juicy Candy Burst flavor is my most favorite and has exceeded my expectations. I was happy to taste my first candy flavored pre-workout from Cellucor!
