content: I bought the Eureka Forbes Kordfree K20 SuperSilent Cordless Vacuum Cleaner expecting it to be a reliable product, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Pros: The design looks sleek, it’s lightweight, and yes, it’s very silent as the name suggests. The motorized brush with light is actually useful while cleaning. Cons: Suction power is only somewhat decent on high mode, but the battery dies in just 10 minutes. On low and medium modes, the suction is practically useless. Build quality is extremely poor. The swivels on the brush broke within 3 weeks and it constantly gets stuck. Charging takes too long. The overall quality of the unit feels cheap, and my unit completely stopped working just four months after purchase. Service Experience: This has been the worst part. It took days for them to even register my product, despite me sending the invoice and details multiple times. The service request via Amazon gets instantly declined without reason, and when I contacted Eureka Forbes directly, they initially claimed my product wasn’t even registered because it was purchased from Amazon. I first raised a complaint on July 10th. A service engineer finally visited on August 4th (almost a month later) and confirmed the motor was not working, saying the entire unit had to be replaced. Since then, it has been another month of silence—no replacement, no proper updates, despite me calling customer care multiple times and sending several follow-up emails. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. The vacuum has been sitting idle on my shelf for more than two months. Verdict: A complete and utter waste of money. Eureka Forbes has lost all credibility in my eyes, and I wouldn’t recommend this product even to my worst enemy

Since long time we were not getting maid for daily cleaning of flooring. Then I decided to bought such kind of product. After lot of R&D , finally I decided to buy EUREKA FORBES K24 KODFREE VACCUME CLEANER instead of investing in Dyson Product initially. No doubt Dyson vacuum cleaner is not comparable here. But i must say Eureka forbes vacuum cleaner is also nice and sturdy product, Battery back up is sufficient . It operates on three modes. Low. medium and High. Low mode is sufficient for my 2 bhk flat. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete the cleaning. Small particles dust which we can not see by naked eyes gets sucked by this vacuumed cleaner. Your feet sole can feel the cleanliness . Mine having 2 pet cats in my house and considering this buying this product was a wise idea . I am very much satisfied with this product
