While it does provide strong sun protection with its SPF 50, which is ideal for long sun exposure, I would recommend it mainly for people with less oily or sensitive skin. It is water resistant. Maybe not sweat resistant. It will give you best protection. But it is sticky. And film forming. Like it will protect you by forming a thin film. Even protects from pollution. If you put moisturizer on top of it, then it won't penetrate much. Reapplication is not difficult but it is annoying. But I use this sunscreen because other sunscreens remove my makeup. With this one, I apply makeup on top of it, because like I said makeup would not disturb it's thin film.
Btw there's another variant of this called "ultra light" which is non-sticky but it's expensive.
