detailedReviews 3: content: Very good value for money mobile. It gets 4 stars because it doesn't have stereo speakers and because the camera struggles quite a bit in artificial lighting conditions. With ample light, it takes good photos and the nightscape mode is decent. Personally, I would prefer if they had included a maximum of 4 cameras instead of the 6 they have (4 rear and 2 front), as the rear macro camera and the second front camera are rather useless.
Other than that, good build quality with Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back, a plastic frame (logical for the price), and metal buttons, as well as the very useful alert slider. Excellent AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate which, combined with the Snapdragon 765G, gives the feeling that the phone is flying. I don't know how it performs in gaming, but in other aspects, it's top-notch and gives the feeling of a flagship phone (my previous phones were the Oneplus 6T and the Galaxy Note 10 with flagship specs). Of course, Oxygen OS also helps with performance, in my opinion, it's the best Android skin currently available. Good battery life and impressively fast charging with the 30W warp charger included in the box. It also comes with a case and overall, the unboxing experience is awesome.
Overall, an exceptional mid-range phone, I highly recommend it if your budget is below 500 euros. 8 GB RAM & 128 GB storage is sufficient, I wouldn't go higher, so 450 euros. However, I can't understand why the base version is sold for 400 euros in the rest of Europe and here for 450 euros, even from the Oneplus website.

detailedReviews 4: content: I have been extremely pleased with the user experience. OxygenOS is fast and easy to use and OnePlus always releases timely updates, unlike other competitors. The software is fast and fluid, unlike Samsung's OneUI which is slow on midrange devices and are extremely slow to get updates if they do at all. The camera is really good: the main camera is awesome, the ultrawide is also decent but the other 2 cameras are pretty much useless, the front cameras are great and the ultrawide helps you get great group selfies, just remember that it is not as good as the main selfie camera. The screen is one of the best things about this phone; the colours are great (thanks to OLED and HDR) and fluid thanks to 90Hz which is literally 50% more fluid than a standard screen (which runs at 60Hz) The battery life is also very good but not out of this world; I consistently get 1.5 days of use and charging is very fast for quick top-ups. The alert slider is one of those little features that makes a difference. I wish it had stereo speakers, especially since the earpiece is pretty loud. I also with the frame was metal. But other than that I'm really happy.

detailedReviews 5: content: I had previously had a One+ 3T and really liked it. I decided to go back to Samsung on my last upgrade and quickly regretted it. I am so pleased that I went back to One+ with the Nord. To say it's the One+ budget phone it has everything I would want. I got the 12GB RAM 256GB ROM version. It takes everything in it's stride. The processor wizzes through every command, operating multiple app's, streaming Hi Def videos smoothly, Photo's are brilliant and give good results in all situations. The fingerprint notch is hidden behind the screen so allows for a bigger display and works 1st time every time. No need to keep moving finger and trying again. Warp charger is so quick but an overnight charge lasts me all day and I'm never off it. I can't recommend the One+ Nord highly enough.

What a super decision to have made. It is superfast, looks sleek and does everything I want it to do. I have noted previous reviews and agree that the camera/screen etc are fine. Why pay more for something comparable. I had the John Lewis Tech Guys transfer my data from my old phone so no problem there. I am more than happy with this purchase.

detailedReviews 13: content: 3rd personal phone. First time away from Apple (work) or Samsung. No regrets. I spent more on this phone but having the extra memory avoids shunting apps and storage to SD card - this often got reset when Apps updated. Device is slightly larger than my Samsung A40 but still OK to fit into breast pocket when walking, running etc. Face recognition unlock is great. Migrating settings and data was a couple of hours. I also tweaked the home page of the new device to get all my regular apps onto 1 home screen (with a few like bank stuff and travel apps in "folders"). Upshot is that I have a zingy new phone that works faster and lasts longer than old one but has usual stuff in the same places so less rooting around yo find the App I need.

Never heard of One Plus before, but after much investigation I decided to give the N30 a shot. Couldn't be happier. Price was very good and performance has been stellar. It took me couple days to get used to the OS. Battery life and management is really good. The charging time from around 20% to 100 is phenomenal. detailedReviews 16: content: No problems with the phone. Read and watched many reviewed before deciding to buy this one. Many reviewers talked about the camera in a negative way although I think this is a very very minor issue. Some may find the speakers aren't very good as there is only one. It doesnt have an IP rating but i believe it is splash proof. The battery life is very good. Overall I think Nord is brilliant at providing the flagship experience at a very good "affordable" price tag. The packaging is very sleek and smart. Although the JL website doesn't state this, it comes with a free transparent case and a preinstalled protective screen. I bought a separate case and screen thinking these aren't included. Happy I did as the screen protector I bought is tempered glass and but the one on the screen is just a standard one. Phone feels sturdy and will last a long time so long they keep supporting the OS updates. Although, I think this is limited to 3 years. I bought it from here with the early introduction offer. Paid for next morning delivery (I love that this is an option!) and it arrived on time as expected. Although, JL customer service agents were convinced that I wouldn't get it on time.
I'd say buy this phone if you're looking for a good flagship experience overall but you don't want to pay the high price tag.

detailedReviews 17: content: Having finally made a decision to buy the Nord rather than the Pixel 4a, I picked up the phone which arrived quickly via click and collect at a local shop. I had wanted the grey version but as it was out of stock I took a chance on the blue. In real life the blue phone is very attractive and I'm glad I went for it. The phone comes with an installed screen protector and a see through case so you get quite a lot for your money. I have since bought a camera protector ( mini version of a glass screen protector). When I've decided what I want I'll get a new case but the free one is adequate for now.
It was simple to start up the phone by downloading the installation app and although I'd been put off by reviews saying this was problematic I swapped all my data from my Samsung A5 to the Nord in minutes. Although not particularly expensive I feel I've got a much more sophisticated device and am particularly impressed with the speed of the processor.

detailedReviews 18: content: After looking for a new phone back in October 2020 I came across the OnePlus Nord and having never heard of OnePlus before, I checked out reviews and footage on YouTube. After hearing all of the positive comments about it I decided to buy one. I've made the right decision in my opinion.. The build quality and performance are excellent and also being 5G is a bonus at the price when other phones in that category are only 4G. It's got a fast screen, I can't fault the camera either because the photos I've taken with it look great. It's very easy to use and is very quick, also has enough memory for what I need. detailedReviews 19: content: Purchased this in November 2020 after my attempt to upgrade to the latest Motorola Edge backfired massively with the Edge proving to be an unreliable house brick. This however, is a stunning replacement and I am really glad to have found this brand. Works exceptionally quickly with bags of storage. Had no issues moving across all my files and settings with the software provided by OnePlus. The battery time is exceptionally good and the so called Warp Charger really lives up to its name. To date, I have had no issues and am very pleased to have the phone. Currently not in a 5G area but that is not a detriment as the phone is wizzard fast. Have used it for business, conference calls, leisure and photographs and it is a premium product on all counts.

detailedReviews 21: content: OxygenOS is by far the best part of this phone. It is very lightweight, similar to stock Android with a few tweaks that make it better than stock. It doesn't have unnecessary trash like Samsung's OneUI. This means that the phone is faster and will get timely software updates which can't be said for Samsung. The battery life is also good and easily last me a day with heavy use. The cameras aren't the best but are still impressive. The frame is made out of a plastic that actually feels like metal and the back is glass; I would have prefered a metal frame with a plastic back like the Motorola Edge.

This is almost everything you get in a vastly more expensive flagship smartphone at a fraction of the price! I honestly can hardly fault anything about this phone aside from the camera being good but not fantastic, a small compromise considering the price! The OnePlus OS also has many little welcome features that really upgrade the standard android experience. Plus it's 5G ready whenever that finally becomes a reality. I'm not a mobile gamer so I can't speak to it's performance in that regard but everything else has exceeded my expectations.

I also like the size and feel of the mobile the operating system is good also easy to get around and find things not too long winded like some well known brands. I only wished it had the latest Google operating system it's 10 instead of 11 but that's only a minor thing. I would definitely recommend this mobile.

Even though was B grade, it had everything, box, case, only missing the original charger.
Hot tip, get the B grade and if the charger is missing, you can get it from cex from £12. So I've made a B grade to A grade, with £12 more, and less then buy an A grade straight from cex.

detailedReviews 47: content: I had brought this OnePlus Nord 2T product for regular use
OnePlus Nord 2T mobile looks premium & is light weight, speakers are loud , display & charging speed are good.
It takes around 43 minutes to charge from 5% - 100% when the device is on.
When the device is in switched off mode it charges from 4% - 100% within 32 minutes.
Must say Battery life is poor. I'm only able to get 9 - 6 of charge i.e 9 hours of battery life normal use.
Camera are decent enough but it could have been little better.
Display is good so as with in display Fingerprint scanner.
Sometimes i.e. at random intervals phone heats up a lot also
Noticed many a times during 12-15+ minutes of call
To best of my knowledge & experience with 6 days of use with OnePlus Nord 2T I can tell this phone could be amazing for normal use only if Battery life is improved.
Requesting OnePlus to improve Battery life what is the point of fast charging when it can't last for atleast 12 hours with regular/ moderate use.
Basic purpose of phone is is defeated when the battery doesn't last long... How much battery optimization do you want your customer to perform ?
If only battery optimization is the solution then what is the purpose of buying OnePlus mobile over other brands in the market?
Just think OnePlus. Why choose OnePlus over other?

detailedReviews 48: content: This is a nice looking phone with excellent camera. But: 1. the flashlight turns itself on all the time and I don't know why. 2. The feature where during a call you could sweep your hand across the screen to push buttons for choices during phone calls stopped working, so now I have to push the power button to turn on the dialpad lights and make a choice, then it goes off immediately, so for the next choice I have to push the power button again. Then again for the next choice. 3. It resets itself to silent/vibrate whenever it wants so I don't hear a ring and miss calls. 4. I set it to DO NOT DISTURB and it still allows notification tones. 5. The help info is very limited, so it's hard to find info about settings. 6. It doesn't work with What's App. My phone will ring once, but I can't answer the incoming call. If I call someone on What's App the phone crashes and freezes and I have to power off and back on.
IN SUM, the only saving grace is the camera. I recommend MOTOROLA phones if you like Android. I have had the best luck with them, but I got this one to try a new brand. Not recommended.

detailedReviews 49: content: Good Points: An nice phone and no serious operational issues as yet.
Easy to navigate around and the camera seems excellent.
Improvement Points: I've had a bit of a struggle migrating a couple of chat histories and music and video from my old iphone. It's not a Nord issue but be aware when moving from apple.
Although I think the operating system is google, I don't like the fact they shove google apps down your throat. I personally have deleted most and started installing my own preference. I don't want to be in the same position I am with apple, where I can't watch movies I have purchased and have had to spend a couple of days changing files to MP3 when transferring my music.
Non of these are phone issues but something to consider.
I have had a couple of instances when on a call, where the person I am speaking too turns into a robot. The signal seemed strong and it has happened twice. Not sure if a phone issue as yet.
A final point is the position of the on/off button. It's in the middle of the phone so I am always accidently switching the phone off when in the middle of something. A bit frustrating but used to it now.

detailedReviews 50: content: Look, this is a great phone, and I doubt a usual Android user, and even an iphone user would be disappointed. The operating system is crisp, the speed is fantastic for a normal user (power users may notice a difference, but to me it's fast and crisp), the functionality great. And for the price, I would say it's hard to beat. There are things that could be improved however, which make me rate it at 4 rather than 5 stars. First, battery life. It lasts a day easily (morning to evening with moderate use (4 hrs of screen time). But that's not great. For a large battery, this is rather disappointing. The redeeming factor is that the phone charges from 10-100% in 47 minutes. That's fast! Second, it's nice, it looks great, but it's heavy. If you've used an iphone 8 or even a samsung galaxy A before, this this bulky and heavy. I almost returned it due to this fact, but had already set it up and didn't want to bother. Look, it may just be me, but it's too large and heavy, especially with a case on Finally, the cameras are, as the reviews say, not the best. The back camera is bulky, sticks out and is annoying and easily scratched as a result. A case will fix this (but makes it bulkier). And the front dual camera is overkill. One would have sufficed and covered less screen. Overall, yes, great phone, but not perfect.

detailedReviews 52: content: Bought because our old Samsung has become unusable due to the software from Samsung using up most of the storage! Over and over updates didn't work because of lack of space - caused by Samsung software that we don't use, don't want and are not allowed to delete!
This phone just provides the basic software that comes with Android, so a LOT more space is left for software I want. It is responsive and the software that came with it allowed me to move years worth of contacts, calendar information and software over in less than half an hour. (At the same time I got to choose which software to keep and what to drop). Really easy process and I wish I had known this years ago!
I am told the camera isn't as good as the ones on £1000 + phones, what a surprise, from my perspective it is taking pictures that I and my family can't distinguish from those "top of the range" phones. Again the speakers are apparently not as good as they might be, no one here has spotted this, and anyway I listen to music on headphones most often.

Phone doesn't get hot at all (just a little warm) after pretty long use, and it's fingerprint sensor and face recognition thing are awesome especially if your fingers are dirty. I recommend getting a case for it ASAP because it seems from what other people are saying on here is that it breaks easy. Overall, it's a really nice consistent phone that I'd definitely purchase again. Great job OnePlus. P.S. The case I use is Poetic Nord N10.

Though the camera features and storage are an upgrade the ' daily settings' on this phone are erratic and have a ' mind if their own. The ringtone for incoming calls inexplicably continues to set to ' zero' where I constantly miss business calls. The data ' turns off ' randomly for no reason. The phone will go into ' airplane mode' without being prompted. These are all HUGE issues of instability on this phone. The engineering should have vetted these problems out BEFORE putting this thing on the market and making consumers the guinea pigs for poor performance. And guess what the update comes in almost every 15 days. So the phone will properly work for only 10 days barely. Can't use camera when the phone gets heated. There is no slot for earphones. And neither they give earphone even after costing such an unsual higher price for a dumbo phone. Hence you have to invest another 3-4k for earphone. All the time, the phone is on fire, producing so much of heat, and that you cannot use it. Battery drains very fast. Front camera has utterly disgusting filter. Forcefully making you white and glowy. detailedReviews 59: content: I previously had a Huawei 10 View for around the same price and so after reading the reviews was expecting at least as good quality however after having it for several months then I can see it doesn't match up to the Huawei. In most respects it is fine but the 3 areas I am really disappointed with are firstly the screen isn't responsive to my finger and so Apps that I could use previously to move items around on the screen need time for my finger to register and then I can move things i.e. there is a big lag between applying my finger and moving things around. Secondly I am finding Apps that previously worked to be freezing and crashing and so I am constantly having to force stop or re start the phone, Thirdly, I am also finding (possibly due to point 1 that when I am using the keyboard that the wrong letters are being selected. I would have put that down to user error but I did not have this issue on my last phone. If I hadn't given my 2 and a half year old Huawei away then I would go back to it as even at that age it was significantly better than the One Plus. Very disappointed

From the WEEK after getting them they have given us an issue, every single day. for example, we spent 50 mins on WiFi calling to Our carrier ....know why its WiFi calling? BECAUSE THIS PHONE NEVER HAS SERVICE!
To specify this phone:
doesn't have service
shuts off randomly
deletes anything random
any video freezes at any time
drops calls
gets physically hot too fast
mumbling speaker option
apps exit randomly
talk to text feature is horrific
screen flashes on off randomly

Extremely responsive screen, no added apps and bloatware from OnePlus. Fingerprint reader and face recognition works perfectly. Picks up 5g in most of Central London

The battery life lasts all day and I usually have 20% left at the end of the day including using maps and streaming music.
The fast charger (in box, I'm looking at you Apple, Samsung and Google) is really impressive so if you're at home for a few mins before heading out again you can top up the battery before heading out.
The cameras are just okay but are still good enough for most people.
Overall an excellent phone for the money with plenty of storage.

detailedReviews 70: content: Pros: Feels amazing to use, very similar to my previous pixel and prefer it to the Huawai P30 I had. Screen is great refresh rate is impressive. Can't believe what you get for the price. It even comes with a nice phone case in the box which is excellent as well. Recommend to anyone who asks.
Cons: The speaker could be better, it's not bad just not the best which I am fine with for the money. It's a bit easy to cover with you hand though. I also keep taking screenshot by accident with the lock and vol down button, not sure if I can prob change that in settings.

detailedReviews 71: content: Very bad experience. Phone is heating. Normal things are very hard to use. For example charge slot and earphone slot are common. You can not use both of in same time. Also you need to purchase type C connector to use earphone. Call history not showing properly. Call recording indicating to caller and receiver person. Battery is very bad. Always you need to keep charger with you. So please don't buy this phone because lots of issues getting after purchase OnePlus nord.

It denies to capture clicks due to overheat, the charger is very heavy, the earphones aren't available since day 1, you need to buy typeC compatible earphone or seperately by Nord itself which has a different design worth 2000 rupees. You need to wear it on your neck. Plzzz do not waste your money. Picture quality also isn't real.

Purchased for 30K. And the sales guy says sir this is basic model in one plus like other makes.
You have to go for higher end model for better one.

Naturally, I contacted the service centre but they do not pick up any calls and have hours of waiting at the centre itself.
They quoted me 10K for a screen change, which is an absurd price! It's 1/3rd amount of the actual price. Needless to say, I lost my data and had to purchase a new phone.

Worst part is that it is getting restarted by itself very often which is very annoying. My earlier 4 gb ram phone has better perfomance than this and camera quality. Like add in extra words you didn't even attempt to type, for example. Also, I just tried to set an alarm for 45 minutes from now, but the phone insisted either 12 hours, or 24 hours from now. Additionally, there is no obvious way (like with other phones I've used) to put a caller on speakerphone while in a call. I could go on... Do not buy this phone. It is just plain terrible

Before one plus I've always had mi phone. And i thought i should use one plus as it's best for every thing . But trust me when i say this, I prefer my redmi note 7 pro (worth Rs. 13000) rather than one plus nord (28000). It's front camera is worst. I am very disappointed in this.
