snippets: so after the chill tray so there are totally three shelves or racks so they are all made of um tempered glass there are three positions the first and the third position is fixed you cannot move it middle shelf can be shifted at two locations either here or here they provided Ledges here by which you can take this uh here if you're going to shift it up this portion becomes taller so you can accommodate big utensils or you can keep uh double layer of utensils or containers or boxes like this uh so it can neatly organized and lot of things can be kept here if you bring it down this place becomes taller and you can accommodate more here you can see that the third section that is quite spacious because theyve used a full place for this uh area as compared to the first and second shelf this is very spacious and uh that is why even the vegetable section is called as fresh zone for fruits and vegetables is also quite big they've used the full depth for that so you get the full depth for this shelf as well as for the vegetable compartment so let's see so it's quite big as a whole you can see that this fridge is very uh spacious for a family of four or five so you can just keep it like this if you want to remove something so it's locks here and just you can push it back but for removing out fully you have to lift it and take it out like this similarly, so now over to the racks on the door so you have four racks as you can see the first three racks are quite wide and deep each uh rack you can keep lot of things and the third rack is ideal for keeping water bottles or the huge one lit 1 and half liter uh soft drink bottles but if you come to the last track it is very narrow only these size bottles can be kept because they've used this full place for the vegetable compartment the door will not close if it is going to be of this depth so they have reduced the depth here it is just coming till the inside depth of the door so you'll understand when I close it so you can see all these are extended like this whereas the bottom one is just within the door so that it doesn't obstruct the vegetable compartment

content: Installation person never picked up phone, never came. I raised to Amazon 3-4 times then installed myself since we couldn't go without a fridge for longer. It was easy to self install, so I'm not even sure what's the point of having installment. The fridge is not noise free, it makes a small shrill noise, doesn't bother us, but just saying it's not silent. The accessories are sparse which suits me ok as i donny like plastic. Inside there is an Electronic panel to control cooling, i prefer knobs since electronic panels go bad very fast. This is a minus. Cooling is adequate and performance is average (3 star). Freezer ice tray is sliding type on a tray but very hard to slide. Suggest not doing that, it seems fragile. Volume is enough for a family of 4 which doesn't leave too many leftovers or easily for a smaller family. Door design is very poor, it doesn't shut easily, you have to manually push it hard. No automatic shutting on giving it a shove. I bought it for 30k and the exchange was not accepted since the old fridge was very old and slow at cooling, but at 5k more the design of fridges are way better. Don't recommend this unless your budget is 30k, and not stretchable, in which case it offers the most performance and value for that budget with some design flaws that can be lived with.

content: Specification wise it is a good product, value for money product (@24K) I would say but received a damaged product. I requested for replacement and after 3 days of delivery product got picked up and now (6 days after pickup) no one knows where that pickup shipment is. I called amazon customer care number several times and their associates told different answers like many told the pickup shipment is deliverd back to seller and most of them said seller did not received the pickup shipment. To confirm the same I visited amazaon delivery center and they told me that pickup shipment has been despatched from the amazon delivery center on the same night of pickup and they denied to tell me that where that shipment currently is. I am frequently talking about pickup shipment because as per amazon replacement policy, seller will examine the damaged product and then seller will dispatch the replacement product (free from any defect product). Now I am sandwitched between this. unless and untill seller receive defective product I won't be getting replacement (as per amazon customer associates). When I talked about refund they told me to wait for 13 days from pickup date then only refund window will open. I would request other customers too that don't buy any product from this seller. Consider buying large appliance from nearest brand store, shop or you can buy from croma store afterall you are investing heavy money on such appliance. Below are the photos and video of deffective item that I received. UPDATE: I received refund after 35 days. Don't buy from this seller as he delayed my refund to over a month of time. If it has happened with me it can happen with you also.
