These are super comfortable, well padded inside, good arch support and feel lovely and bouncy. Great support for heels and ankles too. Great colour choices, I went for blue which look great. The fit is perfect, the toe box is large enough to spread out my toes if I'm on a long walk, the texture of the shoe is fantastic and tough and there is protection on the toe on the inside to prevent holes in the toe. The sole is very good and it feels like you're floating when wearing the shoes. The only issue is I wish these came in more colors. content: I LOVE these shoes. I have struggled for a long time to find comfortable gym shoes that fit my feet and these are IT. There is plenty of room in the toe box and my feet do not feel squeezed at all. They do run about a half size large as I normally wear an 11 and sized down to a 10.5. The tongue of the shoe is small and does not bunch up or irritate in anyway. I have very narrow heels and these shoes have minimal slippage. Also the top of the shoe is cut low enough that it doesn't poke and irritate the front of my ankle. The cushioning is just perfect and I could walk all day in these shoes. We shall see how the longevity is. All in all, this shoe is amazing and I will never buy a different brand again. I am an asics girl for life now.

Nice roomy toe box and the laces don’t slip and open once tied.I have custom orthotic insoles so I was happy that I can remove the insole to insert them however my insoles are a bit smaller than these shoes so I’d say these come up ever so slightly on the large, well long side. Next time I’ll size down 1/2 a size to a 6.5UK (I bought UK7s and my insoles are 7s).I’m using them without my orthotics and they are still great. Bargain for the price and comparable with my usual other brand.
