Bought the 13 fin ones since room sizes are a bit on the higher size. Came in double packed boxes. Wheels are easy to fit. Very effective. Saved us from the cold. Easy to move bcoz of the wheels. U can run in different options (1000,1500, 2500, 2900 W). Fan makes a bit of noise but not an issue.
Horrible design of switches against convention, so confusing.
