You have to carry it in your hand or put it on like crossbody bag . Unfortunately the strap given along for crossbody purpose is so different and made of fabric material and not with the same material as used in the purse itself.... this totally ruins the look of the purse when used with straps. Without strap the purse looks classy but if u are carrying a lot of stuff like laptop etc your hands might get tired. If u use straps the look is ruined but u can carry things more comfortably.
