The reason for the 2 stars is that within an hour of him wearing the watch the watch band came apart it appears a pin fell out of one of the links. I tried to submit a request to send it to get repaired but seems that I was gonna be charged. I submitted a request for someone to get in contact with me on 3/6 and emailed again yesterday and still have not heard from anyone. All this while his other Fossil watch is in the process of being repaired.
