Creatine doesn't build your muscle, but it sure does help build it. It provides muscles with Phosphorus that is used up as energy and hence during workout gives you a more explosive power and sustained energy to go on for longer and do more reps, again you may not be able to lift heavier weights or you may be but one thing is for certain that it will give you the power to push more reps in the end. Now about the loading phase - It is not important to load on creatine. If you want to get results faster, i.e. if you are preparing for a competition then you may want to load because when you load for 5 days you will reach a saturation point of your peak performance in relation to creatine. otherwise if you are taking 5gms you will reach the same saturation point in around 20-28 days. hence it's not a big deal.
price wise, excellent product. don't be swayed by the makers being indian. the creatine is creatine, doesn't matter who makes it. it will help you out no matter what, until unless you are creatine unresponsive.
