Taking about the installation service that comes along with it. in my case the service request was not logged automatically as they had mentioned on amazon thus i myself had to do that the next day. Though i would appreciate that the service was really good and quick. Technicians came as per the time we had scheduled and the installation was done under 30mins. They said that the hose pipes are free but other installation related stuffs like something related to water inlet and electrical stuffs was to be paid extra thus it cost about 450 - 550Rs extra.

I bought this product, hoping that it will help our family in winters. The technician tried to install and when test run was done, it was noticed that the water was leaking from the device. Considering the instructions displayed in the Amazon App regarding Engineer's verification, I have raised a request for an Engineer's verification of the product. Yesterday, the Engineer visited and confirmed that the product has an issue. Accordingly, I want to return back the product, but Amazon is not showing any option to return the product. Merely because the product was delivered on 06.10.2025, and I was waiting for the Engineer's visit to verify the product, how can Amazon say that it was delivered on 06.10.2025 and hence the product cannot be returned back.
