Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich von diesem Fernseher, besonders in dieser Preisklasse, zutiefst enttäuscht bin. Nach nur zwei Monaten verweigert das Gerät Software-Updates. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go und beeinträchtigt nicht nur die Sicherheit, sondern auch die zukünftige Funktionalität. Noch frustrierender sind die ständigen Probleme mit HDTV+. Häufig bleibt das Bild einfach schwarz und der Fernseher friert komplett ein, sodass ich ihn neu starten muss. Das passiert so oft, dass es den TV-Genuss massiv stört. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist der Ton. Für ein Gerät dieser Preisklasse ist die Klangqualität einfach schlecht. Es fehlt an Tiefe und Klarheit, was die gesamte Multimedia-Erfahrung trübt. Insgesamt kann ich den Kauf dieses Fernsehers nicht empfehlen. Die technischen Probleme und die schlechte Soundqualität machen ihn zu einem Fehlkauf.

Furthermore, I would definitely not recommend buying from Amazon. They were unable to offer a direct replacement, collection is in 3 days and a further 6-7 days for a refund and to top it off their delivery took away my old TV when it turns out they shouldn't have but they didn’t want to know about it.
