We explained that sagging issue can be felt when person seats/sleep, virtually can be explained but there is no policy of technician visit. Based on image, they will conclude and reject warranty so I would not recommend Puchase Wakefit from Amazon. Another important thing is that 100 days trial is only applicable if we purchase product from their store or website only, not via Amazon! Please mind it before purchasing.
