Upon arrival (in a thin mailing bag) I could instantly tell something wasn't right, when opened the packaging the box completely fell apart. It was bashed, dented, ripped and ultimately literally fell open when picked up as it no longer closed it was that destroyed. Absolutely un-giftable. This also meant the items inside had fallen out and scratched. Finally, as well as the packaging obiliterated, it wasn't as described. It comes in a cheap cardboard box with a very cheap plastic inner, not the nice looking foam inner, thick box and sleeve as shown in the image.
If the items for yourself, i'd say it's lovely. But if you want the box, don't bother. Customer service was very quick and helpful!!!! and offered to send a replacement. This one arrived in better condition but still box dented. Packaging and delivery service needs reviewing clearly.

The bag it came in was fine so someone clearly saw the box was ripped in numerous places but packaged and sent it this way. Don't buy it as a gift, so disappointing to receive just before Christmas.
The cocktail set is ok but not as sturdy as I was expecting.

This is a great starter set and looks very good to, it’s been washed a few times now and sadly the black paint is coming off the foam strainer but the rest seems to be holding up well. I would recommend but perhaps just get in stainless steel.
