The item is not exactly the same as in the photos ... the padding on the straps is much 'bulkier' than shown. That probably makes it more comfortable to wear, but also the shape of the brace is quite noticeable when worn under a t-shirt or anything that's not loose.
I find the straps start to "cut in" to the underarm nerves if worn for more than a couple of hours, but in my experience all shoulder braces will do that, so I try not to wear it longer than that each day. Other than that, it's good value.

detailedReviews 75: content: Okazał się być za mały i za ciasny, bo nie wiedziałem, że tego - są też rozmiary, pierwsza próba założenia i okazało się, że zona nie ma możliwości się zapiąć ( objąć ) tym czymś. Poleży trochę, a potem na śmietnik, bo brak było informacji o występowaniu tego czegoś w różnych rozmiarach. Nie spełnia to coś naszych oczekiwań.
