Stop with the scraper already, the handheld mechanical ones do a much better job.
Plastics are cheap and it shows. Wouldn’t cost too much to have a silicone wrap around it to prevent micro plastics, would be good if manufacturers started that.
The dough mixer is terrible. Dough gets into the mixer sleeve and wastes a lot.
Grinder is good. Buy it for a budget grinder and nothing else.
