detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: This is the only liner I use TBH.This one dries really fast and after that it does not smudge ; you can just gently rub it off with water and slight pressure and it will come out.In appearance it is shiny and not matte.Note-never wipe off excess liner on the sides of the container otherwise it will start to clump real soon. Wipe off the excess on your forearm or something.
