As with many other Lego builds, there are always a few extra pieces left over, but with this project, I was also short 2 pieces, which have been ordered from Lego and I'm sure they will arrive in a short time, as happened once before with another Lego set and Lego sent the pieces required. Overall, just another great Lego Set.
