Very bad product or Bad after sales services.
In 4-5 days this shows LoBat error and stop working. I'm contacting with customer care first they asked me to send the weighing machine to kanpur address at your own cost which is approx 800 rs. And then next day they send the service provider address which is 25km away from my location and asked me to go there. I'm go there and they replace the battery and weighing machine work properly. After 4-5 days again weighing machine makes trouble and not work properly. I contact to service provider and they again asked to come here I will check. I'm go there they changed the PCB and machine works properly. Totaly Mental Harrasment product.
I adviced not buy this scale, they even not check the scale before sending to customer. Go to local market and buy scale, they provide better service.
