detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: Normally a user of the Extraordinary range I was interested in trying this Glycolic Gloss range for dull, porous hair. I have just past shoulder length type 3b curly hair that is fine and prone to tangle and frizz and very porous due to years of colouring. Trying the pretty pink shampoo I was very surprised that, although it's sulphate free, it really lathers up, I used a walnut sized amount but could've used less. It has a pleasant fragrance and left my hair feeling a lot softer than I expected. Moving on to the slightly lighter fragrance of the conditioner which is lovely and creamy, again I used a walnut sized amount but will use less next time as it is very rich and covered my hair really well. I use the finger comb test to see how good a conditioner is and this one passed with flying colours, my fingers ran through my hair with not one tangle, amazing! After rinsing my hair it felt so soft and silky, I was delighted. The Lamination, which I left in for 5 minutes just seems like another conditioner and having curly hair, which doesn't naturally shine, I didn't expect any real changes, although the curl does seem more defined. If I decide to straighten my hair I will definitely use this. The leave in serum is lovely to use and 2 pumps was more than enough for my hair. I let my hair air dry and just gently scrunch the curls into shape and it felt so soft and, if I say so myself, looked lovely so I am really pleased with this range. At the end of the day my hair still looks gorgeous and curly and smells great. So I will alternate with my usual L'Oréal range which nourishes my hair and now I have the complete range that covers all my hair problems, lucky me!!

Its a clever range, because it takes you right through, from shampoo, conditioner, gloss treatment to a leave in serum. And again, the serum can also be used on dry hair inbetween washes. The shampoo is very rich, only one application is required for a ton of soapy suds. It feels very moisturising just on its own. And L'Oréal has scented each product beautifully. Fresh and clean. After using the conditioner you feel like your hair is really soft and smooth but you still have the gloss to come. The gloss coats all the hair shaft and reminds me of the purple 8 second wonder water in its efficiency. I've used the serum every day. Straight after the other 3 products on wet hair and each morning on the lengths of my hair. It really smooths and de frizzes those annoying last few inches of flyaway hair and gives it added shine. For the first time in years, I've left my hair natural and not straightened it because I felt confident in how it looks. I'd give this range 10 stars if I could.

I was surprised it worked really well and it smells lovely. I used the shampoo and conditioner combination. I found it didn't lather up very much so I had to use a lot to get through my hair but it left it feeling really clean and my scalp felt fresh. Same with the conditioner. I had to use a lot to get through the knots with my brush, but same results as the shampoo. I also used the gloss. I didn't expect visible results because of my hair type, but was pleasantly surprised. I applied it through my hair whilst wet, then finished off with my usual curl cream so the two dried in together. The results were very noticeable. My curls looked healthy, defined and separated. This whole kit added a much needed boost. I have only marked it down one star because I needed to use a lot for my thick hair.

It's a lovely pearlescent serum which you can slick onto wet or dry hair anytime to give it that extra shine. The actual shampoo lathers up well and you don't have to use too much. I have to say it's a bit of a hassle applying the Glycolic Gloss conditioner and then the Glycolic Gloss 5 minute lamination rinse off after that. It's definitely not an all-in-one solution and a quick shampoo in the bathroom. There's a bit of waiting around for the conditioner to sink in. I also feel that the fragrance while pleasant, is slightly overpowering. However, it's all totally worth it at the end of the day as I got a glossy high shine on my locks when my hair was dry!

The lamination treatment felt very thick on the hair and richer rhan a regular conditioner. Adter use ny hair felt much softer than usual and had a definate shine. I used tbe serum when dry to define, add gloss and tame flyaways, and it did not make my hair look greasy. However I was surprised that the majority of the productd and all the other products contain sillicones as a sulfate free shampoo wont remove these.

The conditioner left my hair soft but easy to style, after using the conditioner l used the five minute gloss. I left it on for the time required and rinsed it off well, my hair had a lovely shine and was easy to style. Love these products. But the leave in serum wasn’t for me, l wasn’t keen on the smell it was too strong for me,and seemed to leave my hair without body.
The shampoo, conditioner and five minute gloss l would definitely purchase and recommend.

The conditioner also smells gorgeous, feels silky, and when rinsed off the hair feels soft, and tangles are so easy to remove. I tried the 5 minute laminator after my second use of the shampoo and conditioner, this really softened my hair further, so much so that when blow dried my hair was very fly away and difficult to keep in style! After using the three products I couldn't see much difference in the shininess of my hair from normal, but I found my blonde coloured hair had taken on a faint green tinge, some what alarming!!. I have also applied the finishing 'Leave in' conditioner on my dry hair, but I couldn't see that much enhancement in the shine of my hair.

I have a newborn baby and needed something that would aid in my ability to just wash and go. These products, some of which smell nice but overall I found them to smell chemically and they’re so small they’re actually quite expensive. My hair feels rough, dry and almost like synthetic. Whilst easier to brush I find myself being extra careful when brushing because it feels as though the ends will snap if I’m not. The shampoo smells the nicest, good bubbles, the conditioner doesn’t really seem to soften my hair and feels like to just washes off, the next two products in the range really just feel like chemicals I’m laying into my hair? I’m so disappointed because I’ve used a shampoo and conditioner by the same brand for years which I loved but was cheaper and did expect a lot from this range. I won’t be repurchasing.

First of all can we just take time to admire the packaging the glitter in the serum the pink colours ! And what ! A actual laminate treatment ok !!! I could not wait to jump on into my bathroom with these !!! A bit different to the bond range with no pre treatment before shampooing but this is more for the purpose of shine and health ! I used all 4 products i dont really blow dry my hair so i waited very patiently until dry and once straightened the shine was perfect ! My hair has been on a path to health for a while far to many years of bleaching dying etc i also dont use much heat to try to help it to but for this i did straighten just so i could see the difference and it did exactly what's stated my hair glowed beautifully! The price may seem a little high but it is completely worth it !

Please use this product in moderation as the instructions can be deceiving… so many ingredients in hair products can be deceiving bad unless used in moderation such as glycolic acid and proteins. Of course the average shopper does not know this information! But Loreal DOESNT CARE!
My hair used to be something I loved about myself, now I’m too ashamed to visit a hair salon at fear of being judged for the damage I have, I wish I could sue but if I’m buying drugstore hair care then of course I don’t have the type of money to sue…
