content: I ordered the Consistent 8GB DDR3 RAM, but unfortunately, I received a defective product that was not working at all. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care to explain the issue, and they were helpful and suggested that I wait for 4 days for a resolution. After the 4 days passed, I contacted customer care again, and they escalated my case to a team leader in the investigation department. Their behavior was very supportive, and they acted quickly to resolve the issue. They arranged for a replacement and sent me a new, fully functional RAM. Although the replacement process was time-consuming, the support from Amazon was excellent, and the issue was resolved in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, despite the initial inconvenience.
