snippets: now when i try a protein powder i always try it with water i think that's the real test because it's really pretty easy to make anything that tastes good with milk the chocolate bliss flavor here I really enjoyed it one of my biggest criticisms of the original gold standard whey is that the Chuckle David just tastes a very very bland with water but this chocolate bliss it really tastes fantastic I think it tastes like Cocoa Puffs that's the first thing that came to mind not Cocoa Puffs with milk like it's not a very milky flavor but it's like eating a handful of dry cooker pasta because you'll know that's still pretty tasty, now as far as the nutritional label goes all these have a hundred calories per serving except for the chocolate which is 110 calories per serving that's because it has half a gram of fat which is actually like five calories but I guess they've ended up besides that all the nutrition is pretty much exactly the same one gram of sugar so it's one gram of carbohydrate per serving and 25 grams of protein so obviously that is super low in carbohydrates and fats are really good protein per calorie ratio which a lot of people are going to be really happy about that's indicative of the fact that it's a way isolate based product there's no weight concentrate in there which typically adds quite a bit of carbohydrates and fat
