The 680 was listed as one of the best shoes under $100 in one survey so I decided to give them a try. I'm not disappointed. I'm a size 9 and wear my shoes daily, all day, and particularly for my daily 3 mile walks. The 680 offers a great fit with ample room in the toe-box to accommodate my slightly wide foot in that area. The heel cup is perfect with enough capture to hold your heel in but not uncomfortably so. Cushioning toe to heel is terrific and provides a good rebound with each step. I may be splitting hairs but my only complaint is that while overall support is quite good, I would have preferred a slightly firmer footbed. That said, these shoes are really comfortable, and for the price, a super value.

I would really appreciate it is you would make some changes to your customer service department, I feel you really dropped the ball this time! I still love NB and will not change shoes!

Oddly, this is happening on the left shoe, while the right shoe is wearing less quickly. I am very disappointed and this will keep me from recommending the brand to others. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like them and I couldn’t wait for them to arrive. On a more positive note, they are extremely comfortable, which is another reason I feel so let down. I purchased them a month ago and they look like the 9 month old Brooks I was replacing.

detailedReviews 90: content: I love these other that the inserts on the insides do not stay in place and after a hour or so it moves to the back of the shoe and nothing under the end of my toes! Paid why to much for these to have this happening.... I actually have to take them off and fix the inside after a few hours. Maybe the wrong size insert was put in these shoes at the factory!

detailedReviews 94: content: These shoes were misaligned. The shoes themselves are comfortable to wear, but one shoe was not properly manufactured as the bottom of it was visibly slanted. After wearing them for 2 days I noticed my right ankle began pronating.
