snippets: now they are responsive as you can see they did bounce back quite firmly but it is quite a firm midsole like the adiprene on the Oswego there is some given there but they're not the most comfortable that isn't a lot of cushion when it comes to these sneakers, now comfort wise this midsole is probably one of the most basic mid soles I will ever review on the channel it is responsive but there's no bounce element to it it's quite rigid quite hard but they are comfortable, I wouldn't take them for a long-distance run but then it was certainly pretty good for a short gym session you know so I think what you'll get for the price is a great pair of sneakers
