However, this GNC Gold series Ultra Rush is just waste of money. It had many components and in high quantities mentioned on the box. So I thought it would be better than the muscleblaze pre workout. So, I gave it a try and to my surprise, I was getting tired and my strength diminished within half an hour. This product is adversely affecting me. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
