snippets: although they're still very breathable uh the thing I noticed is is yeah you do get a very aggressive mesh gusset here on the tongue but it is thick like that material on the inside of the shoe that's got some padding and thickness to it then on the outside you get those real macro pore channels on the outside and then obviously that integrated lace line goes into the stowboard that is pretty thick too so there actually is more padding in this shoe than you think it's going to have especially from the outside there's there's layers to that mesh so sometimes it's going to take a little while for for that air to find its way out of there like I said still very breathable shoes it's it's not the vapor fly or the alpha fly though, as you go into the rear foot um not a ton of Bunting and padding around the heel counter that that does help keep a little bit of the weight down but that does entail some heel slippage I noticed even with breaking on these heel slippage was you it was moderate you still were kind of you know popping out of the shoe even after breaking and even with the runnner not I still was getting some slippage in there
