With tennis shoes I typically go between sizes 8.5 and 9 so I got the size 9 just in case and they’re perfect! I’m not a runner but, like many, aspire to be a regular walker/runner and these are super comfy when I do go on my treadmill because of the cushion in the ball of the shoe which I find to be thin in other shoes I’ve had in the past. I wear these to the stores on the weekends, the occasional trail and treadmill when I feel like I should do something active ;) and just whenever for whatever I’m doing. I can’t say how they’d be long term for someone who actually runs regularly but they work great for me as I wanted cushion but don’t want to pay big money for those fancier runner shoes.

The cons are that when the pavements are wet or even slightly damp they are very slippery. I actually slipped to the ground when out for my morning walk. Never had a problem with Skechers before so very disappointed.
