snippets: so as we move up to the upper the upper is basically white and black set up obviously you can see that in the picture but you have a cool these these flywire cables they're neon orange on the lateral and medial side that's attached to the footbed all right and then around the lace loops okay that provides for your lockdown stability when your foot is in the shoe okay flywire is really cool and then on this upper part um this the top upper part you have a screen mesh that overlays it's breathable okay so it's very lightweight this synthetic under underneath underlining material on the upper okay so you have a white overlay obviously for durability issues with a running shoe you don't want that to tear especially with this breathable skin mesh because that thing will just tear and then you lose part of the shoe so you have that back for protection you got a cool silver chrome uh nike sign on the lateral medial side branding logo the laces are really cool too they're a little bit flexible and flat which i really like uh so they don't roll up a bunch when you tie them up the the tongue it's attached to the upper okay so that provides a little bit more lock down and then real easy slip in and out uh in a really cool feel now the logo on zoom wind flow it's in purple once again tying with the into the the outsole color like i said that's really cool how they do stuff like that uh just adds a little bit now the the collar on the heel internal hill counter and then it's a little padded obviously it's a little bit more durable on this side for stability uh reasons to you know to protect you a little bit from rolling ankles as well as uh the outrigger or the larger footbed of the cushion okay that's going to provide for a little bit more stability on the ground, so the only negative i would say is the shoe fits kind of tight alright so i wear a size 12 and my toes at the very very top it is a little bit snug so if that's an issue or you're a white footer you probably need to go half a size up minimum and if you have a chance maybe you should try them on in stores if that's a possibility because like i said they do fit a little snug so other than that man the shoe is really beautiful like i said it comes in a 90 bucks and then there's multiple color ways too i dug this color because it goes with everything and i can't wait to start using these in the gym um on the treadmill and even on you know on the city of streets running around a little bit but like i said you can't beat it for 90 bucks beautiful shoes

snippets: starting with the traction on the wind flow eight this is a really nice traction the rubber compound that they used on this outsole is is really nice it's gonna be durable and i love the traction pattern it's perfect for linear running shoes and like i said it's going to last it's really cool they used a you know black color and then you have this purple color on the outsole that actually it ties in with some of the other elements of the shoe but it's really beautiful and then as you can see the cushion exposed underneath now transitioning into the cushion this is one of the nicest cushion setups for 90 bucks that you can get i mean zoom and kushland two of nike's i guess top cushions uh and response units that you can get in any type of shoe they put it in this shoe here okay so you have a small unit in the heel and a small zoom unit in the forefoot all right and then that is encompassed and surrounded by kushlin i love this setup it is it literally is so bouncy it's lightweight and it's very very plush it's very very nice underfoot now you're really gonna like that and like i said for 90 bucks you cannot beat that it is you will not i up you i'm telling you you will not be dissatisfied you will love that cushion setup

snippets: I got this shoe for around 59 at the Nike outlet and yeah it looks pretty good um look at the shoe you have the Nike Air Zoom technology in here and the foam is pretty good, so it comes in many colors and I got this color because it's like the cheapest color I could find is 59 they have one for like 79.89 and it retail for 90. so yeah that not that much of a discount but if you're like starting to um get into like working out jogging walking this is a good shoe to start with it's cheap for 59 you can't go wrong way better than other shoes that I wore before, and the shape and everything looks like the Alpha fly right there um the back sticking out a little bit but too bad it doesn't have the Alpha fly technology in the zoo Max but it does have the Nike Air Zoom which is good which I like um a lot of running shoe doesn't have air bubble I don't know you guys noticed that most of those big air bubble ones are more of the lifestyle shoes um I can see this one could be a lifestyle shoe so yeah no complain about that but this is a good budget shoe overall to me I like the Flywire I like the fitment um it's not too narrow um true to size everything is very soft and cushiony and light to the material they have is very light you don't see that many stitching seams just a little bit around there and there that's about it everything is more like printed on material outside is very durable and it's washable so that's what I like about the shoe that's the my positive about the shoe

snippets: I grabbed this one from again the back wall of the Nike Factory Store and I paid under 40 for this pair and for forty dollars I think they're absolutely amazing, personally I think the combination here uh between this Nike bright orange kind of a muted Brown and a little bit of blue uh looks very nice and these are not one of those shoes that people are going to be seeing from miles away but they're extremely comfortable and they provide a lot of cover and if you see one of those pairs anywhere available and if you're spending a lot of time Outdoors trust me you're gonna enjoy these a lot personally under 40 I paid these are absolute steel and I'll be wearing these a ton because of all that factors

snippets: and the the shape and everything looks like the Alpha fly right there um the back sticking out a little bit but too bad it doesn't have the Alpha fly technology in the zoo Max but it does have the Nike Air Zoom which is good which I like um a lot of running shoe doesn't have air bubble I don't know you guys noticed that most of those big air bubble ones are more of the lifestyle shoes um I can see this one could be a lifestyle shoe so yeah no complain about that but this is a good budget shoe overall to me I like the Flywire I like the fitment um it's not too narrow um true to size everything is very soft and cushiony and light to the material they have is very light you don't see that many stitching seams just a little bit around there and there that's about it everything is more like printed on material outside is very durable and it's washable so that's what I like about the shoe that's the my positive about the shoe

snippets: so the only negative i would say is the shoe fits kind of tight alright so i wear a size 12 and my toes at the very very top it is a little bit snug so if that's an issue or you're a white footer you probably need to go half a size up minimum and if you have a chance maybe you should try them on in stores if that's a possibility because like i said they do fit a little snug so other than that man the shoe is really beautiful like i said it comes in a 90 bucks and then there's multiple color ways too i dug this color because it goes with everything and i can't wait to start using these in the gym um on the treadmill and even on you know on the city of streets running around a little bit but like i said you can't beat it for 90 bucks beautiful shoes

snippets: overall ride wise it was okay um it was nothing exciting about it which is a shame because the winflow 7 was actually a lot more alive than this eight and maybe they're the same underneath and maybe i'm just going mad but it just felt a little bit more cushioned and a little bit more alive this just feels dead but the standout thing is is the pronation on the shoe even just when standing still so would i recommend this shoe nah absolutely not i think you would be better off getting a puma velocity um human not a puma nitrite puma deviate velocity like i remember it would be good which you can pick up for under 90 pounds i would even send you to get the peg 38 which you can pick now up um sub 100 pounds i would look at a new balance rebel version one i would look at um what other shoes out there there's loads of shoes out there's loads of daily trainers people under 100 pounds do not waste your money on this this is especially if you pronate is an awful shoe it's yeah i mean budget shoes are good okay and i appreciate that they've got a point and a place in this world and maybe a um sort of runner who's just taking that running would look somewhere like this but if you are a runner who's just taking out running you know go get yourself a pegasus 38 if you want nike if you want something else maybe go and look at something from asics you can get a nova blast cheaper now i just i just don't want you to buy this shoe because it's nike there's not a lot going on here that justifies you spending 70 80 pounds on this shoe i think that's better out there at this price point so whatever you do don't waste your money

snippets: it's not a fast shoe i've tried to pick up the pace in this shoe and it doesn't really it wants you to hold a steady pace for a pretty extended period of time so it's not the most comfortable shoe for fast-paced running but it does a decent job, this i feel is like a really good option for those who who miss that it's got a little bit more stack than the pegasus 35 and 36 but that's not a bad thing because it's cushlon foam and kushlan foam is in my opinion it's one of those foams that i think nike should probably still be using because it's a little bit lighter than react uh and still has a lot of cushion underneath your shoe or underneath your foot so and with the air zoom units it's got a pretty decent amount of energy return as well
