content: The sound quality is very good and ideal for streaming music on phone. But the problem occurs with laptops or PCs. We aren't able to control sound quality by laptop. There are some issues like when I am playing a game and talking to my friends on another platform like discord, I don't get the same sound quality if I use the mic of my headphones and when I use my laptop's own mic. Also when I connect it via aux cable, the mic doesn't work well. I am even unable to control beast mode, ANC mode etc. while I am using it via USB connection or aux. These are the major issues that I feel must be resolved by boAt for laptop user (the main reason I bought these headphones for).

The app based sound equaliser especially the Rock mode is amazing. What I don’t like. The default sound setting of the App mellows the vocal and sound looks underwhelming and not clear. However, change it to Rock or Jazz or Pop the sound becomes much more bassy and crisp and clear. Also, when using for movies or YouTube videos the sound is less clear.
