items 4: content: This is by far the most comfortable and well-designed mouse I've ever used. The size and grip are excellent, especially if you have bigger hands—it fits perfectly and feels great even during long sessions. The click noise is minimal, which adds to the premium experience.
I'm using it with a Mac, and it works flawlessly—honestly, it performs better than the Apple Magic Mouse. One major advantage is the included USB dongle, which makes it easy to connect to other devices as well. I recommend skipping the Mac-only version, as it lacks this feature and limits your options.
I've also installed a custom skin, which gives it a personalised look.
Highly recommended for its comfort, performance, and versatility!

items 5: content: I recently got my hands on the Logitech MX Master 3s, and as a dedicated Mac user, I can confidently say that this mouse is a game-changer. In fact, it's not just a mouse; it's a masterpiece of engineering and design that has elevated my computing experience to a whole new level.
From the moment I unboxed the MX Master 3s, I could tell that this was a premium product. The sleek, ergonomic design fits perfectly in my hand, providing unparalleled comfort even during long hours of work. The mouse's matte finish not only feels great but also complements the aesthetics of my Mac setup beautifully.
One of the standout features of this mouse is the customizable buttons. With its innovative side-scrolling wheel and gesture button, I can easily switch between apps, navigate web pages, and execute various tasks effortlessly. It's like having a command center right at my fingertips, making multitasking a breeze. Plus, the horizontal scrolling wheel is a dream come true for Mac users, offering a seamless and intuitive way to navigate through documents and timelines.
The precision of the MX Master 3s is nothing short of remarkable. The Darkfield sensor tracks flawlessly on any surface, including glass, which is a huge plus for me. It's incredibly responsive and accurate, and I can adjust the sensitivity on the fly to suit my needs, whether I'm working on detailed design projects or simply browsing the web.
Logitech's attention to detail extends to the battery life as well. With a single charge, I can go weeks without worrying about running out of power. And when it does need a recharge, the USB-C port ensures a quick and convenient replenishment.
As a Mac user, the MX Master 3s seamlessly integrates with macOS. Logitech's software allows for effortless customization of button functions and gestures, and I love how it recognizes the applications I use most frequently and suggests optimized settings. It's a small touch that enhances the user experience.
In conclusion, the Logitech MX Master 3s is hands down the best engineered mouse ever for Mac users. It combines ergonomic excellence, customizable features, and precision tracking to create a productivity powerhouse. Whether you're a creative professional or a multitasking enthusiast, this mouse will revolutionize the way you interact with your Mac. It's an investment that pays off in spades, and I can't recommend it enough. Say goodbye to your old mouse and say hello to a new era of productivity and comfort!

items 6: content: The Logitech MX Master 3S Performance is hands down one of the best investments I’ve made to improve my workflow. After a week of heavy use, I couldn’t be happier with it.
What makes this mouse amazing:
1. Elegant and functional design: The sleek, ergonomic shape feels great in hand, even after long hours of work. The side scroll wheel is a game-changer, especially for navigating Excel sheets or working with design tools.
2. Premium materials: The matte black finish looks professional and feels durable.
3. Easy and versatile connectivity: Setting it up on Windows via Bluetooth was incredibly simple. You can also use the USB receiver or plug it in with the charging cable for added convenience.
4. Long-lasting battery life: I’ve used it intensively for Excel, PowerPoint, and drawing in Photopea, and the battery still feels like it’s brand new.
5. Perfect weight: It’s just the right weight—stable enough for precision but not too heavy to hinder movement.
Room for improvement:
So far, I haven’t found any downsides. However, it would be great to explore its compatibility with other operating systems in the future.
Overall, this mouse is a must-have for anyone seeking precision, comfort, and top-notch functionality in their daily tasks. Highly recommended!

If you don’t want that fast scroll behavior, you can just press a button on the top of the mouse to switch it back to a more traditional feel where there’s a “notched” feeling while you scroll.Going beyond that is an additional scroll wheel which you can use with your thumb and this provides horizontal scrolling. I find this indispensable as a video editor being able to scroll through my timeline and I also find it useful with spreadsheets. It also has 3 more buttons that you can use with your thumb and you can customize these to be mapped to be forward and backward functions within a web browser and a host of other functions via the Logi Options desktop app.Ergonomics is top notch where my hand rests naturally on the mouse and it’s hard for me to use other mice for extended periods of time without this form-fitting shape.Another thing that I appreciate about the ergonomics is that the additional buttons and additional scroll wheel don’t get in the way of ergonomics - rather they compliment it and each additional function feels like a natural extension. It’s an extremely well-thought-out design.I love that I can pair this to multiple devices where I can quickly switch between my desktop setup and my laptop by just simply clicking a selector on the bottom of the mouse. You can pair this with up to 3 different devices. One thing to note is that this particular version has "quiet clicks" but the button feedback is still very positive and you still “feel” the click but you don’t necessarily hear it.Another winner! My desk prior to this mouse used the MX Master 3 mouse with the MX Mechanical Keys keyboard. The MX series of mice is well known for being a powerhouse mouse that frequents computer professionals’ desks everywhere. I’m happy to say that this mouse continues to fit that purpose nicely.Starting with the mouse itself for those not aware, you get all that you expect from what is on the tin; left button, right button, scroll wheel/middle click, horizontal scroll wheel, and back/forward buttons for your browser. The mouse has a button under where your thumb sits on the side that can be used for multi-functional purposes (though in several years of owning one I’ve never found a compelling use for this button). The horizontal scroll is a bit stiff on this mouse, but it fits the purpose. Finally, the mouse charges using USB C – a neat feature a few years ago but somewhat expected today. One of the cool features for those who have not used this brand of mice before; when you’re scrolling through long documents, the ‘MagSpeed’ scroll wheel has two options – one ‘clicky’ scroll that advances just like any other mouse wheel, then another ‘free scroll’ wheel that spins freely until friction stops it gradually seconds later. Logitech provides an automated way of switching between the two automatically; if you scroll fast enough with the clicky mode enabled, the free scroll mode will automatically enable. It’s really neat and makes for scrolling through long documents a breeze. If you find that you like one mode or another more, the button just below the middle scroll wheel lets you switch between the two on the fly (if configured that way). What changed between the MX Master 3 and the MX Master 3S? The major change is the sound of the clicks. The Master 3 has audible clicks that people across the room can clearly hear as “productivity noises.” Not so with the 3S – it is nearly silent when clicking, almost like they’re using microswitches to do the click. Make no mistake, the click is still firm as ever, just quiet like a literal mouse (you know, the kind with whiskers). For those of you with older MX Master mice who are wondering why you should upgrade, the scroll wheels are now entirely made of metal. The previous iterations of the MX Master series had a scroll wheel that had the same metal on the outside, but the ridges of the wheel were made of a rubber that quickly broke down and made for the day where you would ultimately need to rip out the rubber to have a clean mouse wheel. Now it’s solid throughout, making cleaning a breeze. Why do I love this mouse so much? Ergonomically, it is perfect. It forces you to hold your hand in such a way that you will not become fatigued or begin to show the early symptoms of RSI (I’ve been using this mouse ‘body’ for almost ten years now and nothing to complain about in terms of wrist pain). The scroll wheel changing between modes automatically works perfectly with my software development job that lets me scroll through large files without thinking about it. The mouse itself is portable to three computers with a single button press on the bottom and means that I can switch between computers with ease. For those of you who like to customize everything, Logitech (Logi?) has you covered. Installing the Logi Options+ software provides you with the ability to take (almost) any button on the mouse and make it do exactly what you want it to do. Want the middle click to be your “copy to clipboard” button? Done. Want to be able to press the bottom thumb button, move the mouse in a certain direction and have it open your Windows Start menu? Just as easily done. It’s a nice piece of software, but to be honest in all my years of using Logitech/Logi products, I’ve never found a use for it.What would I change about this mouse? To be honest, nothing. It’s perfect out of the box and Logitech has made it such that you don’t need to worry about the future. This unit is labeled as “Bluetooth edition” which luckily means that they just didn’t include the Logi Bolt receiver. If you want to buy a Bolt adapter in the future, I can confirm that it works just as well as the “full” mouse. Truthfully, the only reason I bought the adapter was to make it portable across devices that plug into my docking station without using the button on the bottom of the mouse to switch between three computers. If I was forced to change _something_ about this mouse, I would ask for _less_ rubberization. I acquired my Master 3 mouse in 2019. It’s done its job very well in that time, but the rubber near the thumb is starting to break down from wear and just age, making it slightly sticky and smooth (read: untextured) to the touch. Having this area reinforced as plastic might allow for longer usage – especially given that Logitech now releases replacement batteries to the community via iFixit. Less

For example, you can pair this laptop with your PC, your Mac, and your iPad without needing to unpair and re-pair when you switch devices. Simple tap the button on the bottom and an LED light cycles through 1, 2, and 3 to indicate which pairing is currently active.## DesignThe MS Master 3S mouse is one of the most comfortable mice I've used and I've been a fan of this model for years. My hand doesn't fatigue as easily as it does with typical mice and it can stay comfortable through the work day. My whole hand rests comfortably on the mouse and the buttons are easy to reach without any weird hand contortions. However, it's important to note that this mouse is designed for right-handed individuals only. The two main buttons click comfortably and quietly, and the scroll wheel and be set to either freely spin for rapid scrolling, or use a traditional line-by-line "notched" scroll effect. There is also a horizontal scroll wheel near your thumb, as well as a "back" and "forward" buttons which works like clicking the "back" and "forward" buttons in your browser.I've found that the mouse moves accurately on basically any surface. It even works great on my couch cushion!## SettingsLogitech's Options+ software allows you to customize the buttons and settings, but the mouse can be used without needing to install anything. However, with the software, you can remap buttons to launch apps, change the configuration based on the application you're using, and use Logitech's Flow feature that allows you to move your mouse across multiple computers.## Battery LifeThe mouse can last up to 70 days on a single charge and is easily recharged with a standard USB-C cable. Unlike Apple's Magic Mouse, it can be charged and used at the same time.## SummaryThe Logi MX Master 3S Bluetooth Edition ditches the dongle but keeps everything that makes this mouse a productivity powerhouse. While it skips out on a USB-C charging cable (oddly enough), it supports easy switching between 3 paired devices. Ergonomics are great: even long workdays feel manageable thanks to its contour-hugging design. The scroll and click functions are quiet, smooth, and versatile, with a bonus horizontal wheel for added control. Less

I really like this feature as I like having different setups for working in excel versus using a web browser. Another cool feature is you can have this mouse connected to two computers at the same time. When you move the mouse to one edge of a computer monitor it will jump to the other computer, no need to push the button on the bottom of the mouse to change. You can also copy a file from one computer and past it to your other computer which is really nice and helpful. The feel of this mouse is soft and very comfortable to use. I like the ergonomic setup of it and the buttons are easy to use. The scroll wheel has two modes, if you slowly scroll it gives you a click feeling, if you start to scroll really fast the click turns off and it rolls really quickly. You can also disable the click all together, but I like the click feel. The side scroll I thought would get in the way and cause random side scrolling issues due to its placement, however it has not been an issue at all.Overall, I really like this mouse and it’s a pleasure to use on a day to day basis. The built in battery should last a year which is great, but is also easy to charge with the built in usb port. Less

Note: The MX Master does not become a wired USB mouse when charging from a computer.Ergonomically designed for a large right hand, I can use it for hours without fatigue. Back and forward buttons are perfectly placed so that they are easy to access but difficult to hit accidentally. There is a discrete button at the bottom of the thumb rest that brings up all of the windows open on the computer. All of the buttons can be customized in the Logi Options+ app.In addition to the expected vertical scroll wheels, there is a horizontal scroll wheel above the back/forward buttons. The vertical scroll wheel has two modes, one smooth and one with a distinct ratcheted feel. In either mode, the vertical scroll wheel is both precise and amazingly fast depending on the speed of rotation. With a quick flick in either direction, it will keep spinning for a few seconds. In order to avoid unwanted scrolling, I have quickly learned to stop the wheel before moving from one window to another.Tracking is lag-free and accurate on a variety of surfaces including wood, paper, glass, and, of course, a mouse pad. It even worked well on a knee (my makeshift surface when space is limited [I hate touchpads]). Less

Not only does it look cool, but the mouse also feels so snug and comfortable the moment you drop your hand on top of it. The area where the thumb rests on is especially soft, and the main body of the mouse below the left and right-click buttons are also coated with a soft and grippy coating for a secure in-hand feel. All the buttons are within natural and easy reach, and the buttons operate quietly and precisely with just the right amount of feedback and feel. Both the vertical and horizontal scroll wheels turn smoothly and precisely, and neither of them feel sloppy nor abrupt – both give off a very satisfactory and precise wheel. With seven buttons that can be pressed on plus the horizontal scroll wheel, there are many customization possibilities via the Logi Options+ app. Within the app, you can view the battery level, check for and update the firmware, back up device settings to the Cloud, fine-tune point and scroll speeds, and create custom button actions for numerous applications. The Gesture button is a new button for me, and I already love using it. Four custom Gesture actions are possible, and I’ve set one Gesture to launch the This PC folder in Windows 11, another to refresh a webpage, one to launch the Actions Ring, and the last one to perform a series of keyboard events like a macro.Button customizations can be applied per app as well, and for the Chrome browser app, for instance, I left the default button actions alone except for the wheel button. I changed it so that when I press down on the wheel button, a keyboard shortcut action for CTRL+W takes place, which is the action for closing the active tab. And under the Global Settings tab, I set the press of the wheel button to perform a series of keyboard strokes that select the entire line of text then perform a copy text action. The number of customization options is staggering yet the Options+ makes it easy to search for and experiment around with different combinations without making the user feel lost or overwhelmed. All of these amazing features and comfort would feel wasted if the mouse tracked poorly or the battery life was horrible, but fortunately, the MX Master 3S performs well in both categories – the tracking is accurate and consistent, and the battery life is long and robust. The mouse can be quickly recharged via a USB-C port located at the front of the mouse, so even if you have to plug a charging cable into it, you can still continue to use the mouse uninterrupted.Another much appreciated quality of life improvement feature is the ability of the MX Master 3S to remember its connection up to 3 different devices. I’m currently taking advantage of this feature by using Slot 1 for my primary laptop at home and using Slot 2 for my work laptop. By not having to go through the pairing process over and over again every time I jump from one PC to another, much time is saved. After about a week’s use, the MX Master 3S is the default mouse I reach for. My previous favorite mouse was the Logitech MX Anywhere 3, but the Master 3S has it completely beat thanks to its extra buttons (Gesture, horizontal scroll), softer and more ergonomic feel, and more customization options. The Master 3S is definitely worth the coin and an excellent buy. 5 Stars. Less

I currently use several different versions of the MX Master series on all my PCs. This mouse is fantastic. It has a really great feel to it. For starters, it's quite weighty. You don't get the impression that it's flimsy by any means. The coating on it is very grippy and feels a bit rubbery. This helps you keep a good solid grip on it, even if you've been gaming for a long time and your hand gets sweaty. I really like the black color of this one, the others I own are dark gray. The fact that it's a Bluetooth mouse means you'll be able to use it with pretty much any device you want (not only computers). I was able to pair this one with my machine in about 10 seconds. Actually, after I turned it on, Windows found it and put out a pop-up asking if I wanted to connect to it. It can't possibly be any easier. This mouse can be paired with up to three different devices, and the way you do that is to press the button on the bottom and choose either device 1, 2 or 3, and then put it in pairing mode. After you've paired your devices, all you need to do is press the button to select any of the three devices to use it with.Beside being one of the most comfortable mice you'll ever use, it has a lot of buttons you can assign to do pretty much whatever you want them to. Aside from the Left, Roller Wheel and Right buttons, there are two buttons right below the thumb wheel, and another more subtle button on the lower part of the thumb rest. One of my favorite features is the thumb wheel. This is so nice to have, and once you use for the first time you'll wonder how you ever got along without it. You can set it up for horizontal scrolling, zooming, volume, tab navigation or keyboard shortcuts. For large spreadsheets, the scrolling assignment is invaluable. The position and layout of each button are well placed and convenient to reach with your thumb. The buttons are very quiet as well, almost silent in fact. Anyone on a computer all day long will appreciate not having to listen to the click, click, click, click all day.The weighted mouse wheel is the nicest I've ever used. It's made out of metal which allows you to spin it easily, and it will keep spinning seemingly indefinitely. Scrolling through long web pages or digital user manuals takes far less time and effort. There's a button on top to select either freewheel or indent rolling. The spin feature works best in freewheel, but is more controlled in indent mode. As icing on the cake, this mouse is rechargeable with a USB-C connector. No more running out of batteries at the worst possible moment. There's also a status LED that will show you when you need to charge (before it's too late). It will also let you know when it's fully charged. Combining the MX Master 3S with the Logi Options + app lets you do things like see the battery charge percentage and assign buttons along with other settings. In short, combining the mouse and the app will allow you to customize your mouse setup the way you would like to use it, whatever way that is. Logitech products have never let me down, and I also have several of their wireless (and lighted) keyboards that I absolutely love as well. I can't say enough about the setup and performance of their products! Less

As I mentioned, the design is perfect for my smaller sized hand and ergonomically perfect for me to use for long periods comfortably. Besides being comfortable it’s very quiet. So quiet, it’s now got me looking for Logitech keyboards to partner with it, so the keyboard is just as quiet as the mouse. The last feature I'll comment on is battery life. It’s chargeable with a USB-C connection and a charge lasts for hours of use. It also has a power button to conserve battery life while traveling.Overall, I couldn't be happier with this mouse and will look at the matching keyboard next! Less

The buttons are very quiet when pressed but you can feel that they've been pressed. I like the feel of all the buttons. The mouse wheel gently clicks from one position to the next. If you flick it it spins frictionlessly, which is cool, so it changes modes automatically. Press the small button just below, closer to you, and it changes the mode from the light clicking to frictionless. For the thumb, it has forward and back buttons, but above that is a configurable roller for your thumb and below your thumb is a button you press with the side of your thumb, by pressing down to towards the desktop. The roller has a very different feel than the wheel. No clicking as you roll but you won't move it by accident, it's also not hard to turn, but I think well calibrated. The bottom has three lights, 1, 2, and 3, for each computer it's connected to. There's a button to toggle between the three, or hold it done to activate pairing mode for that connection. I love being able to have it paired with up to three computers at a time and switch between them so easily. This is Bluetooth only, as far as what's included, no USB transceiver is included. But it is compatible with the Logitech Unifying transceivers and Bolt transceivers (Both symbols are on the bottom of this mouse, I didn't test them though. I would expect Bolt to work but would think Unifying may be too old.). You need to provide a USB C cable to charge it since it does not come with one.Features- 8,000 dpi darkfield sensor, can work on glass- Light click scrolling or frictionless scrolling, auto or manual switching- Roller for your thumb- Extra button below your thumb, by default it can be used to easily switch tabs in Chrome or Edge, for instance.- Very configurable via Logi Options+ Windows application- Clicking is very quite but easy to feelLogi Options+You will want to install this to get the most of out of the mouse there are many configuration options. For instance, you can disable the auto frictionless scrolling if you want - remember, there's a manual button for that. You can also set how hard you need to flick to activate the frictionless scrolling. Then again, if you like the auto frictionless scrolling you can change what the manual scroll shift button so it does something else. I mapped the roller to pan in my audio editing application - which is very cool. You can also map the button under your thumb to anything you want. The default brings up the Windows Task View. If you press it and move the mouse up, it opens the Start menu. If you move the mouse left, right, or down it does one of three other actions. I mapped the main action (no movement) to "Delete" when I use my Audio editor. It switches mapping automatically when I change to the application and that mapping saves me time. There are tons of actions you can apply and with Gestures (as described above), it's like you have many more buttons, up to five (for directions of movement plus no movement) actions per button. It's not a gaming mouse so the sensor tops out at 8k and there's no control for how many reports per second, but for most people, most of the time, none of that matters. Right now I'm using it at 92% (3200 DPI) and it's perfect. I can now use the mouse wheel to zoom in our out and the thumb roller on the side to scroll forward or backward in the file I'm editing. You can also use Options+ to configure Flow. Flow let's you pair a mouse and keyboard to two computers at one time. Both devices need to be Logitech and support Flow. Then you can move the mouse from the screen of one device to the screen of another device, like it's a second monitor, but it actually is changing computers and moves the keyboard to that computer too. You can transfer profiles from one computer to another by exporting them on one computer and importing them on the other. When adjusting the DPI (Pointer Speed), it shows a % until you're over 50% or 4000 DPI. Then you switch it to 8K mode to go higher. This will also show lower DPI settings, which may be helpful to see. You may want to turn off the 8K mode if you're at 4000 DPI or less, once you get the setting you like, as I think that saves power.Battery LifeThe battery life seems excellent! I've used it around 24 hours through the last week and it's still at 90% from it's first full charge. The box says you can use it for three hours after 1 minute of charging and a full charge will last up to 70 days.SummaryThe fit and feel the mouse, buttons, wheel, and roller is great, but the configurability of all those buttons and the extra roller really add value. If you're looking for a great mouse for getting work done and using it day in and day out, with it feeling comfortable, I think this is a mouse you should try! Less

I’m way too accustomed to having printed Quick Start Guides or User’s Manuals in the box. This mouse simplified things so much that all you need to know is on a sticker that covers the bottom of the mouse. Once you flip the mouse over and see the sticker, the rest is a breeze. As with most rechargeable things, you should probably charge the mouse fully before setting it up. No USB-C cable or adapter are provided, but nearly any will work. Plug it in and the LED by the side scroll wheel starts throbbing. When the light is out, the mouse is done charging.Slide the physical switch on the bottom to On and the mouse is automatically in pairing mode for device 1 of 3. Pair the mouse to your operating system of choice using the normal Bluetooth pairing methods. This mouse natively expects a Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) connection and supports but doesn’t include the Logitech Bolt receiver. As long as your device has BTLE, it should work. This includes most Mac, Windows, iOS, iPadOS, ChromeOS, Android and Linux devices among others. If one of your devices runs Windows or Mac, you can install the Logi Options+ app to set up a ton of customizations for every button on the mouse, enable the ability to virtually share your mouse between multiple computers running the Options+ app by dragging the cursor between them, and even set up app-specific button settings. The majority of mouse functions work without any app-based customizations, but the app is really helpful. This mouse can be paired to up to 3 different devices. With the exception of Logi Flow (a feature you set up in the Options+ app on Mac or Windows), the mouse connects to one of the 3 devices at a time. There’s a button on the bottom of the mouse to choose the device connection by number you want to use or set up. Pairing to or connecting to a different device is as simple as tapping that button to select that numbered device first and then doing your normal mouse things with that other device.Usage:This mouse is an update to the MX Master 3 in that it has quieter “clicks” so the mouse isn’t as noisy for yourself or others nearby. The “Bluetooth Edition” part of this mouse means that instead of coming with the Logi Bolt USB receiver but also working with Bluetooth, it expects Bluetooth and the Bolt USB receiver is optional (not included).Otherwise, this mouse is just as comfortable and configurable as the prior generation (the MX Master 3). I have relatively small hands but have no trouble comfortably reaching all of the buttons. Keep in mind that this is not an ambidextrous mouse - righties only.I haven’t been using it long, but the battery level meter shown in MacOS as well as in the Logi Options+ app indicates it still has a full charge. If it ever does drain without warning and you still need to work, a quick 1 minute charge gets you 3 hours of mousing. You can also plug it in to USB-C to use it like a corded mouse if necessary while it charges. Charge it during a quick coffee break or over lunch and you probably will be good for months of use.The Options+ app is nicely designed and has the ability to represent and configure multiple Logitech peripherals. Each button can be set up for general use and app-specific settings let you remap buttons or even scroll speeds for your favorite apps. The two scroll wheels are nicely weighted, metal and knurled for easy turning. The main scroll wheel even has a magnetic clutch to switch between ratcheted and free-spinning at your command or automatically depending on how far you’re scrolling. While I appreciate the new quieter clicks, that also makes the buttons a little less affirmatively clicked. This is something I’ll get used to. They still work as expected- just will less noise and click. I expected a quick setup guide but the sticker on the bottom did the job once I found it. Absolutely no other complaints. This is a fantastically comfortable, configurable and capable mouse for up to 3 devices. It lasts forever on a charge and an a quick 1 minute sip of power will get you going in a pinch. If a mouse is your pointing device of choice, you can’t go wrong with this one! Less

The inclusion of their scroll wheel, thumb wheel, thumb button, front and back buttons, and center button give me a great level of control over things without having to nearly literally lift a finger.Of course, it all comes together via their Logi Options+ software package which really allows you to dig in, customize, and set things up to best suit your needs. I can’t stress enough to do this. Not only do use have macro control of the buttons, but you can set application specific uses as well. It really unlocks a lot of utility. As does the fact it works with most OS’s, can connect to up 3 devices, and work across multiple devices at the same time. This version of the mouse is Bluetooth only, which quite honestly should suit everyone. I have, to this point, seen zero difference between this and their USB version (this one is compatible with the Logi Bolt USB receiver however). Connectivity has been completely without issue, and battery life has been outstanding. Charging is so infrequent and quick it simply won’t be a concern. Additionally, you can always check the charge level in the software if need be. I guess the only possible dig here is they do not give you a USB-C charging cable. Personally, I am fine with it, as it is one less cable, and I am particular with the cables I use, but on some level, someone may need one. Just something to note.In the end, this is just a great mouse, and I think it should work for just about anyone and everyone. Again, full stop. For all you can do and get out of it, I really think the value is there. Less

However, I have not been able to determine if the combination of this mouse and the creative console are as good as others state because currently the creative console comes out of the box ready to use with Adobe. I do not use the Adobe suite. I’m hoping that sometime this year we will see more presets for the creative console that support other companies and software. This can be frustrating if you use the middle button a lot (for games, closing tabs, etc.). The automatic switching between normal and low-friction on the mouse wheel feels great at first, but is impossible to control, giving you no middle ground between slow scrolling and way-too-fast scrolling. This isn't a big deal though, since you can turn it off in software. Speaking of software, though, it takes up 500MB - which might not be much for most people, but I'm running low on disk space!Overall: It's a great mouse. MoreI bought this about 2 years ago and thought I’d write an honest review seeing as my review will go towards a prize-draw so hopefully I can get the MX keyboard as well. The good:Excellent ergonomics: Never felt fatigue using this mouse. The shape is simply perfect. I share this mouse with my wife who is more than a foot shorter then me and her small hands find it just as ergonomic so big tick for workaholics.Reliable: Not once did I have an issue where this mouse did not connect to a device! I have used it on laminated wood, transparent glass, and a pleather desk mat - all with reliable and smooth usage. The software has always been easy to find and install when I’ve upgraded/changed to new devices and provided excellent customisation.Inputs: The number of inputs is plenty enough for the most powerful of power users. Big big plus is the ability to set software-specific input settings so you can have your most common tools set to your preferred button and have more general OS functions mapped to others.Software: Aside from the aforementioned advantages, the software also allows for more fine-tuning, e.g., in Mac I can have the scrolling direction different to the touch pad which is an absolute must! You can also change DPI and other nerdy stuff.Battery life: Exceptional. This thing goes for months on single charge. And fact that it is USB-C means you just plug it in at the end of the work day when it tells you the battery is low and you’re good to go for another few weeks/months.Overall build: Solid piece of hardware that has not skipped a beat. Still feels weighty and well-built after 2 years of daily use. No scratches except on the rubber shoes which are on the bottom and to be expected. My kids have even dropped it a few times and still working as new.The bad:Some features are a bit of a gimmick that I didn’t use past 2 weeks. Namely the continuity feature.as a Mac user, it’s redundant.Gaming. Hopeless for gaming. Don’t bother playing games with this mouse. It’s too heavy. Perfect for professional use but stupid for gamers. A lightweight wired mouse is far better if you take gaming seriously. Less

You can scroll slow or very fast with this scroll wheel. The side scroll wheel is great also, you can use it to move side to side on spreadsheets or web pages, I haven’t gotten into a habit of using it too much. There are 2 buttons on the side above your thumb that are convenient, it serves as a back and forward button on a browser. For my usage, the improvements of the MX Master 3S are minor. The improvements are:• Soft clicking of buttons, I didn’t think the MX3• 8K DPI any-surface tracking, works even on glass• Scroll 1.000 lines per second• Longer battery life (lasts 70 days) – Note, USB-C cable is NOT includedWith these improvements, Logitech took an already great mouse and made it even better. This is a solid and well built mouse. Of all the other mice I have in my draw, including other Logitechs, this is the one I use all day because it’s just so comfortable to use and works great! Less

Really; nothing.I've used the MX mouse and keyboard line for years and even the smaller "Anywhere" models for portability. My last MX Master was the 2s and this just improves heavily on it.This seems to be a non-USB adapter model that focuses on bluetooth vs their Bolt adapter; from what I can tell, if you have a Bolt adapter, it will work - but for cost savings, it doesn't include the adapter here.I am able to use the multi-pairing to control another computer in my closet that doesn't have a mouse connected and I bet the third slot will be for my laptop. While this isn't new to these mice, not losing the ability to pair to multiple devices is a good decision.Coming from a daily MX Anywhere 3s, this was quite a clunky transition; I had to go from using the tips of my fingers to holding the mouse almost like a baseball. As a person that sits at a computer all day, uses 3 monitors and a laptop, I have a lot of real estate to cover. Here, it's the software that makes this mouse today; Logi Options+ allows (for me at least) to make this the perfect mouse for daily use, allowing me to use the buttons in ways that fit in with how I work.I scroll differently with my finger - it's tunable. The thumb scroller - again, different than default and there's an inverse for that too. For me using MacOS, the thumb rest has a button with allows me to show all of my open windows; it also allows me to hold it down and swipe the mouse to switch desktops. THAT right there, is amazing and a huge help for me; if I find myself in multiple desktops during a session, I will move to the Magic Touchpad but with this button mapping, after almost two weeks of use, the Apple touchpad has been shelved. As I was on the 2s in the past, it was microUSB, but with this 3s, it's USB-C, as is everything else on my desktop so there's no need for one-off cables.Once I got over the larger feel, it was like I haven't used any other mouse. A button for smooth scrolling vs click is a constant on these mice and definitely handy when the time is right. Less

I especially enjoy the enhanced functionality with Adobe image and video editing programs, it has substantially improved my workflow as a professional photographer. This is the last mouse you’ll ever have to buy and it is worth every penny. I was not compensated for this review and I paid for the mouse with my own money. Less

This is the first mouse I have used that had the side wheel which is great for scrolling things left/right when they don't fit on the screen horizontally. I didn't like the direction I had spin the wheel to move the screen, so Logi Options+ allows this to be inverted. You can make each button on the mouse perform nearly any function you'd like. They also have pre-determined functions depending on the program you are using (Excel vs AutoCAD, for example, perform differently).* Has the ability to BT to 3 different devices. The mouse has a button on the bottom that can be used to switch between devices.* Has the ability to be turned off in order to save battery power.* I only use on Windows 11, but this keyboard can work on multiple OS's: Windows, macOS, most Linux4 devices, iOS, and Android.* Has a great rubbery feel that keeps the mouse in place in your palm.* The mouse fits very comfortably in my right hand even though I have used mice that can be used in either hand.* Movement is pretty precise with Logi Options+ helping me get the most out of my movements.* There is barely any noise when pressing the mouse buttons. You can feel it, but barely hear it. The same applies with the main wheel.* Logitech claims this mouse is outfitted with the most accurate sensor ever. Movement between my 3 side-by-side-by-side monitors is made pretty easy with this mouse.* This mouse tracks well on practically any surface, so you may not need that mouse pad anymore.* The "freewheel" mouse function is pretty cool. You can spin the vertical wheel in either direction (up or down), and it will allow you to scroll at insane speeds until you stop the wheel (or until it stops on its own). Logitech calls it the "magspeed scrollwheel." I use this quite frequently for extremely long and vertical Excel files.CONS:-----------* No USB-C charging cable provided.OTHER OBSERVATIONS:-----------* When charging, there is a green LED on the mouse that has a breathing light sequence to indicate it is charging. When complete, the breathing sequence will stop.* Logitech claims up to 70 days on a full charge & 3 hours from a 1-minute charge; however, that may depend on the charge amount you're getting (ie. 1A vs 2A)* In addition to the buttons you can see, there is also a thumb button which I discovered in the Logi Options+ program which can show all applications and what screen they are located on. This was pretty cool to watch and is quite different from the basic ALT-TAB key sequence you can use to see all open windows. With this mouse function, it shows the same thing but on all 3 windows but only shows the programs active on those windows. That's a pretty neat feature.* Compatible with Logi Bolt USB unifying receiver, but the dongle is not included in this package.CONCLUSION:=====================Overall, this mouse is quite unique and really expands what you can do with buttons all placed in perfect locations. The Logi Options+ app is easy to use and offers a number of combinations you can do to make the mouse do exactly what you want. If you want versatility, this mouse provides that. If not used to an odd-shaped mouse, it may take some getting used to, but so far, the experience has been positive. Great job, Logitech! Less
