It didn't fit in my tap or shower. My roommate tried a different model in waterscience brand - Again didn't fit. That's 1500*2 waste. Then i ordered river soft and it was easy to fix. Just have to screw it in the shower. Not only that- it acts as a water pressure booster and increases the shower flow pressure. The best thing about river soft is that it is a filter between your shower head and the water pipe unlike other brands like Purifit, it is a direct shower head with filter inside which stopped working just after 4 months. PURIFIT is Such a waste product. Please don't buy. Buy Riversoft.

I am feeling a difference after using the filter. Dandruff occurance has reduced. But may be need to continue usage for a few more months for a complete feedback. Really appreciate the support provided by Riversoft. They sent me the required tap fittings which I needed for my water tap, without any additional charges. With the proper fittings, installation is very simple, use the teflon tape generously. Based on the dust in your water tank, you may have to open the filter up and clean it. The outer casing is durable chrome coated plastic. Will update on the feedback on the product in the future. But customer service is top notch. Keep it up.
