I use flux (justgetflux) to protect my eyes (it's like reader mode on steroids) and skin color turns green, it does a lot of funky things that my laptop (20cm away) doesn't. Yes I am sitting 1 meter away from the TV
I had to play with the color setting and does absolutely nothing, even without the caveman mode that I use to protect my eyes, the colors are very washed, but it does the job, I was just looking for cheap screen real estate and I got it, don't expect anything else.
The 144hz is a complete scam by the way
