I personally have no issue with transferable lipsticks as long as they look good on me and are good for my lips .
Even though this product has synthetic wax , there was no skin irritation on application .
Also i personally have pigmentation on the corner of my lips with medium wheatish brown complexion like prumiyank chopra and the colour looks really good .
I have a similar shade in matte that doesn't stand out that much but this one is really nice .
