items 3: content: I'm a true sound junky. I am artist/producer and I also wear hearing aids so quality sound is extremely important to me. JBL is one of the best sound brands out there and they did not disappoint with this tiny but powerful speaker. I wanted something that I could take with so I can share my music on the go, without having to carry an extra bag. The clarity and base you get from this is simply unexpected!!! I am beyond pleased! If you are thinking about getting the LG Boom portable, there is NO comparison. I bought them both, gave the LG away. LOL. Something to keep in mind is this is a close range speaker and it is unidirectional. Oh... and what I love the most is that it is waterproof. My shower has become my new favorite dance floor LOL.

items 4: content: Gotta say from the onset that the Go3's build quality, its overall feel, the positive clicks, the logical layout, the expensive-feeling materials would be at home at a significantly higher price point. Having had my hands on a Go2, this was unexpected. I'm genuinely taken by its external design. Very impressive.
Like many, I'd listened to the Go3 on Youtube. My headphone system is an Oppo105/Feliks Elise (selected NOS glass)/HD800. I have a lot of other gear, too, but that's the reference HP setup. Lossless source material. In videos, to my ears the Go3 sounded somewhat tinny, a bit overly bright, lacking foundation while projecting a one-dimensional perspective. Imagine my surprise when I turned on the speaker, fired up one of my test tracks, and heard that the Go3 sounded nothing like that. I should mention that the speakers sounds best from about 5' away on-axis with the listener's ears.
Many folks in this sector of the market judge goodness by a speaker's ability to play loud and produce a crapton of distorted, undefined bass. I don't care about either of those factors. The more recorded information that reaches the listener's ear, the better the speaker. Again, I was not ready for what I heard. The Go3's resolution is way above its price, shockingly so. Its tonal balance is slightly warm, there's layering, air between the instruments, a sense of recorded space - are you frickin' kidding me? Would not have believed it if I hadn't heard it for myself. The speaker's most striking feature is the overall scope of its presentation - it sounds significantly bigger than its size would suggest, within a reasonable volume of course.
I started auditioning BT speakers in hopes of finding some that can be recommended to an audiophile listener. The Go3 will be on that list, along with the Xtreme 2 and Harmon Studio 6, given some specific setup requirements and managed expectations. There's a stack of boxes in my shop ready to ship back. I listened to many other speakers.

Plenty of online/YouTube tech nerds rate it highly, particularly as they are able to compare it to other similar products.
Improvement Points: A few online reviewers have suggested the mesh type cover may not last, I’ve only just got it so can’t say. Also it only has volume up/down and play button so you can’t skip forward or back. No big deal, inevitably it’ll be used with a phone or other player which will have these controls. Doesn’t take anything away from my 10/10 scores.

Just received the product. Tried comparing this JBL GO3 to the one my mother bought at SM City which costs 2,399 pesos. Got mine here for a cheaper price. Both sound quality doesn't differ from each other. Serial Number is molded at the back as well (check pictures included for reference). Haven't done a legit check but based on the reviews, this product seems like a legit JBL product.
Sound quality: Very loud and bass is strong even at half volume level (in small rooms).
Battery: The speaker lasted more than 6 hours. Continues playing on 62% volume level. Charging took less than 2 hours.
Gameplay: Tried playing Forza Horizon 5 on my laptop with this speaker. I don't notice some delays. Cars sounds incredibly good so I might recommend for games like this.
Overall, this speaker has a great performance. Sound is good and is very light weight so easy to carry. Totally recommend.
Kudos to SPX Express for trying their best to deliver parcels despite the holidays.

I ask for OR cause I would be needing it to try to register the product. I'd say it's legit cause I was able to register it on the JBL website. Plus the seller is an authorized dealer so there's no doubt regarding authenticity. As for the sound, it's really good. Loud even from a small speaker. Bass is clear as well. It's like listening to a song straight from a recording studio where everything was already modulated. You can clearly hear every lyrics, and its melody. That's how clean the sound is. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. Kudos to the seller and to JBL. Of course special mention Shopee PH. I'd recommend this shop rather than the official store of JBL PH in shopee. Some of their items there are not original. Maybe the reason why theirs is way cheaper than here 🙂

Got this powerful bass, clear and loud sound with such compact size. I'm very satisfied with the sound quality for this price range. I bought it with a cheaper price during 10.10 sales. The only downside I would say is that there is no any battery level to show how much the battery remaining. All I could refer to is the light indicator only. The battery life is longer than I expected as I have used over 5 hours with 50% volume (which is alrdy enough for me) for now but the light indicator hasn't shown red yet. Overall, I'm truly satisfied and recommend it!

I bought this speaker to listen to podcasts while working or relaxing in a jet tub, my old one I could barely hear over the sounds of the jets if someone spoke with a soft voice, this one I can hear clearly and without straining. I have not tested the battery life, but it handled 1.5 hours at max volume without an issue. Great little speaker, I am glad I bought this one, the one I have from a competitor (military style, all metal body, you know the one) has been a waste of money and a disappointment.

So the speaker turned up quickly and a went to setting it up. The first surprise was how small it was. This speaker fits in the palm of my hand. Easily pocketable, it’s form perfect for anywhere to bring your music.
The sound is what really impressed me though. Surprisingly stronger sound than I would expect with some heft in the bass level with a pleasant rounded sound. This will not disappoint. Easy to hang from a back pack or branch water proof and dust proof. This can go anywhere. 5hour battery life is a rough estimate. But I carry a phone charger battery which can easily connect to this and give me many more hours than I could ever need.
So don’t hesitate, go buy this gem of a speaker.
