detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: I bought these trainers, and they were so incredible comfy and were exactly the style i wanted, BUT they arrived and were definitely not off white. They were a pinky beige colour and much darker. I thought I had been sent the wrong colour, contacted customer services and they said return and reorder. Did that, they are still shades of pink/beige. I had a look online and other retailers are infact selling the colour I received as pink. The laces are light pink and they look nothing like the picture, I have tried in every light to see them as advertised but they are just nothing like the pictures which is so disappointing because I wanted them so much, but I just cant do pink trainers. I contacted customer services again and was advised they would look into it and let me know, it's been weeks and I've heard nothing so returned them again and went for a different brand which hopefully are accurately represented in the website photos!

detailedReviews 8: content: I bought these originally in an 8 as I’m an EU 42/UK 8 and they definitely run small. Even the 8.5 was a little small so sized up to a 9 and definitely would recommend. They’re really comfy with lots of width so my feet don’t feel restricted at all in the bigger size.

detailedReviews 9: content: I bought these thinking they would be super spongy and comfortable so I took them with me as my only pair of shoes on vacation (which didn’t involve too much walking btw) and they killed the bottom of my heel. It hurt so much that the pain moved up my spine. I stopped wearing them and wore flip flops instead but it’s been 2 weeks and my heels are still swollen. I deserve a refund for all this pain :’(
