Minor areas where I feel that some impovement could be made (but none of these mean that I regret my purchase):- Freezer does not have a slide-out shelf to put ice cube trays into, so making ice means carefully balancing them in one of the compartments on top of other items.- I can't seem to work out a way to position all 5 of the door compartments so that they are all useful and that more than one of them can be used for taller items like milk containers, wine bottles, or even juice cartons.- It's quite easy unintentionally to trigger one of the touch-sensitive controls in the door handle area when opening or closing, for instance switching on "super" or changing the compartment temperatures. It's not obvious how to reverse any such change (well, I know, but other household members don't). I preferred the simple buttons on the old unit, and that had a temperature gauge inside its freezer too. I was surprised that the display on the front only shows the target temperatures, not actual measurements of the temperatures.- To be able to pull out the fruit/veg drawer on the left it's necessary to open both right and left fridge doors; I can see why this happens because of the way that the doors seal together. For me, it would have been preferable to have the less-frequently accessed meat/fish drawer (which is kept somewhat colder) on the left. Less

It cools and freezes really fast and keeps temperature. You don't get condensation or pools of water. It doesn't have water or ice "on tap" which is good, because the space is absolutely maximised. It's wonderfully convenient to take things out or put things away. You can see everything in it. The door racks can be moved and they are nice and big. It's also very quiet. It's got two nice big freezer drawers along with the other normal sized ones. It also has four wheels so you can move it if you need to, quite easily.It's got a brushed steel look, which gives it a slightly textured appearance, and the controls are really good. They are very big and at a convenient level and are sort of at a diaganal to the door, and appear black, like part of the trim, when not in use.This lovely fridge has settled in and become a very welcome member of the family! If you can afford this I would say go for it! We could not have had a better fridge. Less

detailedReviews 84: content: Initial impressions are very favourable - it is very spacious and quiet.We like the 6 drawers in the freezer - our previous appliance had 3 much larger drawers that made keeping track of what was in the freezer more difficult.The deep bottom shelf in each door will take a bit of getting used to - the shelf extends above the internal shelf that sits above the fridge drawers meaning you cannot put items at the front of the shelf. Overall the space is the same, just more of it is in the door than we are used to.Excellent service from AO, as usual.

It looks huge but in fact you can’t fill it as full as you think as the door shelves go over the fridge shelves meaning that you can’t fill them as too think you should be able to. It’s a small gripe but it is still annoying. The outside also shows finger marks.

We have scrutinised the manual and have done everything right. We contacted Bosch and they sent out an engineer, he believed it was a door sensor and told us to monitor the situation. The day after it's gone off again, in total about 30 times this has gone off, it's going back to Costco.
