Missing from the photo is the 9th Gen iPad, since it was the only one out of the bunch to receive iPadOS 26 we decided it was time for an upgrade. Purchased the Blue-128GB WiFi variant for myself and the Silver-256GB WiFi variant for my wife. Purchased both of our A16 iPad's on-sale yet even at its regular price I still feel it is a pretty good bargain for what one gets. The basic iPad has a non-laminated screen yet for our type of usage that is not at all a big deal. Overall the A16 performs extremely well when paired with the 6GB of RAM. And in my opinion, iPadOS 26 is somewhat of a gamechanger with its new features such as, better multitasking, improved file app, significant productivity improvements, just to name a few. Unlike Android tablets, which I also own, Apple should provide software support for the iPad A16 for at least a good 6 years if not more. So yeah, in terms of security one's covered. At the end of the day, the iPad A16 is an easy recommend from me!

detailedReviews 2: content: This is probably considered the entry level of the iPad's but it is really great. It will handle anything you throw at it. I have games, my Netflix to download and watch movies during my lunch and magazine subscriptions, all works great. Battery life is amazing, I can go days with daily usage without charging. I upgraded to iOS 26 today which may be a problem with battery life due to all the new features of that OS, but for now, this is a great unit and I got it almost $80 less than what Apple was selling it for during Prime Days, so if you always wanted an iPad or want it for a gift and can wait, dont buy until Black Friday when I am sure it will go down again, so if you get it less than what Apple is selling it for, then its a great buy. The "new" screen size is great too (My old iPad had a smaller size screen and you can really appreciate the new improved screens of the current models). I am very happy with it. Just make sure you get a good case and screen protector. The unit is slim and without a case can slip from your grip easily and I dont think it would survive a fall without something cracking.
