Installation: I called the Bajaj coustomer service and they sent a technician a day later and they installed the geyser with ease and was working properly. Quality: Outer body is plastic. The plastic is of good quality and give the geyser nice look.

detailedReviews 3: content: Product is 5 star no doubt. No complains in 2 weeks of using it on full throttle. Why i m taking away 1 star is due to free installation. A) there was little confusion on scheduling free installation and B) the installation executive tried to charge me for fasteners and hose pipes, despite it was clearly mentined on the installation details that installation and hose pipes are not ti be charged seperately. Still he took Rs 70 from me cause fastners wes not soecifically mentioned. I would have otherwise given him more on Diwali occasion but he was more inclined towards making money out of free installation. I didnt report him but just want to give advice to all the buyers here.
