Very quick replacement as complaint was raised on Friday and replacement received on the very next day (less then 24 hrs). Also to note that the Dell service center number provided on amazon website it's not working and also the email ID. So you need to search for India Dell Service Center number online and call on that number. Then you need to ask to transfer the call to retail department. Though it took sometime for me do all these circus but at the end happy with replacement provided.
