People talking about it's tast, yes taste is not that good it feels like you drink atta but it's acceptable within 2-3 days you are habitual and then you like it's taste. If you take it with empty stomach then their is no problem in digestion, but if you eat food after 15-20 min then their is some digestion problems for me. Digestion problems are subjective so I mention about myself. But I don't like it's packaging quality, seel is broken from 1 side, I think someone check what's inside the box
