But this time, I ordered a combo of 4 of their products, and on the very first day of using them, I experienced swelling under my eyes.
I informed their customer support and asked them to guide me on the correct way to use the serum. They didn’t provide any clear instructions — maybe because they don’t even know the proper way themselves. It seems like all they care about is selling the product. They clearly told me that I won’t get a refund.
So basically:
1. First, you buy their product
2. Then, you face a reaction
3. Then, you visit a doctor
4. Pay the consultation fee
5. And then pay for the medication

No adverse effects, will update after finishing the bottle. Really glad this starts off at 10% and has ferulic acid. Because of the yellow colour, now you can not say if it is oxidised or not......So i asked for a refund but was told that it is the new formulation....
Not using it....
Waste of money..
