detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: At first glance online, I wouldn't have gone for this color scheme. It looked ashy and pastel, which is something that would wash me out with my light-light/medium neutral olive asian skintone. But in person, it's actually darker and has a muted base to the colors. But I recommend using this palette if you are cool or neutral as this palette might wash you out if you're warm toned. If you're into color seasons, I'd recommend this palette for Mute/Soft Summers as it's within your color palette! Some of the greens in here can be very blue-toned so it might not look too office-friendly but the darker greens and olive tones are amazing for a neutral everyday wear, especially if you're bored of browns. The pinks are really nice to combine with the greens and can give off a watercolor cotton candy vibe. This palette is predominantly on the cooler side with some warmth coming from the pinks. There aren't any special high shine shades in here aside from Flutter, which is the sparkly/glittery champagne shade. The rest are regular metallics, mattes, and a cream-to-matte shade. A complaint I hear a lot is that this palette lacks depth, but that depends on the style you're going for. If you're going for western styled makeup, this will lack depth for you. If you like to go for eastern Asian/kbeauty/douyin looks, this is the perfect amount of depth but prevents you from going too dramatic and dark, which tends to overwhelm the face if you have small eyes. I really like that I can get natural green looks from this since I normally don't go for these colors despite my hair being green lol. I'm enjoying stepping outside my comfort zone and am loving this palette more and more. This palette is really unique and there's nothing out in the market with this color scheme and hue. It's so cute!

title: Unique color scheme, surprisingly wearable pastels
detailedReviews 2: content: When I first saw the first release pics for this palette, I immediately disregarded it because I didn't think it would work well for me. I just saw "oh, pastels... immediate pass" because most pastels look awful on me (light yellow-leaning olive skintone).
But then, around Christmas time, I walked passed it in store and seeing it in person got me curious. I started swatching the shades and realized that this palette was actually a perfect fit for me, and I purchased it not long after.
Absolutely zero regrets. I own an absurd amount of palettes and for years I usually always reached for a different palette everyday. However, this has become the palette I reach for the most, and am using it most days of the weeks. The shades are stunning, easy to work with, and I'm able to throw together quick easy and super flattering looks in the morning.
Belle, Flutter, Palladian, Sage, and Jazzy are my most used shared - these would make my dream 5-pan palette!
Not to mention - the actual case is a stunner. I own 5 of the larger palettes (Biba, Sunset, Tropics, Lila, & gold), 5 midis (Glam, Love, Retro Glam, Sunrise, My Dreams), and 2 minis (Retro, Gold)... and Retro Glam easily has the most beautiful and unique packaging. (I've got a couple more ND palettes coming in because of the current sale, but I'm sure my opinion will stand haha)
Highly recommend.

title: Pastel colors work well, stunning packaging
detailedReviews 3: content: I’m writing this review with the goal to describe the palette as accurately as possible. The picture below is 99 percent accurate as to what the colors actually look like in person. I wanted to do this because the actual stock photo is not fully accurate in conveying the true colors and neither are many of the review photos. So this palette has everything you need. The two colors on the top far to the right are pretty light shades surprisingly (bright pink and neutral pink)so looks nice if you like to have the lid lighter and then do a cut crease. There are also two very sparkly almost fluorescent pink shades for a pop and a bright gold and bronze with a great sheen. It has the dark purples and maroons for Fall, as well as several transition shades that swatch not as dark as the photo. You can create several neutral looks with this palette and several darker vampy looks. The color story seems kinda dark and unwearable but all of the shades are Actualy stunning and workable even for someone who is pale. Maybe you noticed there is a lot of purple and mauvy shades at first glance but the palette also has some bronzy shades, a gold, and a burnt sienna shade making it extremely versatile. I haven’t even tried natashas other products but the eyeshadow quality of this palette is by far the best I’ve found. For reference I’ve tried tarte, urban decay, and too faced. This is honestly the only Natasha pallette you need. I previously purchased the love pallette and returned it because there was just too many strong pink and red tones. This has more purples and is much more wearable. I would give it ten stars if I could and I am extremely picky about makeup.

title: Versatile palette, stunning and workable shades
detailedReviews 4: content: I have been waiting for a colour story like this one. This is the most beautiful palette I have ever seen! The colours are gorgeous. Yes, it is more muted than the other Natasha Denona palettes, especially the Pastel palette that has bright, florescent pastels, but I have been looking for a more muted pastel palette. I love the greens and pinks. I feel this complements her collection so well and goes well with the glam and retro palettes. I do love the retro palette, but I feel this goes better with the colour story in the mini retro palette. I also love what she did with the packaging in making it 3D. Oz and Flare are my favourite shades. Flutter and Oscar are also really beautiful, neutral metallic shimmer shades. If you like cooler tones and greens and pinks, this palette is a must-have for you.

detailedReviews 5: content: At first I was big time disappointed with this purchase because when I first used it, it seemed to leave something to be desired. However, before I made the trip to return it I decided to give it one more go round. So the 2nd time I used it, I applied primer beforehand. That totally did the trick. Use primer!! If you don't, at least in my experience, it becomes patchy, doesn't blend nicely, and then it makes it look quite muddy. Anyhow I decided to keep it. I absolutely am in love with it now. The shades are gorgeous and pigmented. There is very little fallout, it blends like a dream, and my looks are flawless with this palette. I definitely recommend this especially if you love greens and pinks. The colors are very soft pastels. Soft glam amped up, if you will. The 3rd photo I added is of the second time I used the palette, when I realized my initial observations had since changed, and a love affair had begun, lol. You'll wanna run, not walk, to go this palette.

I am writing to acknowledge that Your product which was purchased by me a few weeks ago (I believe) fulfilled ALL my expectations towards the eyeshadow palette in terms of colours, composition as well as AMAZING quality. It needs to be mentioned here that there are not too many this type of eyeshadow palettes which would offered so many different options of vintage shades, for instance beautiful MINT which can be seen there in a many variations of the main colour theme. Additionally everything in the palette is complemented by extra colours making the entire product even more satisfactory in using and enjoying it.
Very happy and content :-)

detailedReviews 8: content: I understand why some are hesitant with this colour story. I thought it looked like super pale shades as well and that what was I really liked about it. Upon ordering the shades are more saturated than they appear in the promo photos. I'm very light skinned with very dark hair and I do typically love a light wash of colour in the taupe/pink family so this has worked out really nicely for me. I typically find that most colour stories are too dark/deep for my 'easy going, i'm too lazy in the morning going to the office' eye look. I'm not an instagram model or a make up artist, so that's what the 'look' I do most days. Having the greens has been fun to mix in with the taupes.

They are well pigmented as so incredibly creamy it's hard to believe they are a powder. I am 63 and my eyelids have had their share of sunshine, but these shadows still go on smooth! with the sun damage I have on my face that is no easy task, I don't regret one crease but although let's be honest you can only hide so much, this pallete has a job to do on me and it does it well! detailedReviews 32: content: This is one of the best palettes I’ve tried in a long time. Prior to this I have only tried two mini Natasha Denona palettes, each from Ipsy/boxycharm so they were the "made for boxy" exclusives. While it do like the other two minis formula in this full palette feels so much more luxurious. I’ve worn two looks with this so far. Absolutely not creasing or fading all day (I do use an eyeshadow base). The shimmers and glitters are stunning, especially the shade psychedelic and the mattes are very pigmented and blendable. Most of the shades so far look the same on the eyes as they do in the pan except for nude mauve - it’s so much darker on my eyes for some reason. The shade Vivienne is closer to what I would’ve expected from nude mauve. There are so many great looks I can think of with this palette. It’s definitely a product that I think no matter what if I use this palette it’ll be a good makeup day. And I forgot to talk about the packaging….it's a very pretty pink and a little reflective. Very pretty and feels high quality. Somehow some of one of the purple shades was smeared about on the outside of the packaging when I first opened it out of the box. Not sure how that happened since none of them were broken.

Only time will tell how long it lasts but so far I'm impressed. I like how muted and cool-toned the palette is My only dislike is that the outside of the palette arrived with a fine scratch across it, so it's not the best quality packaging, or it was handled too roughly when it was assembled. detailedReviews 35: content: While I’m a bit older now I used to be an actress and model in Hollywood as well as a photographer since I was 18 years old. I have even worked in a special effects studio and went to makeup school so to say I’ve had extensive experience with makeup is absolutely true! I can tell you that Natasha Denona is close to being my all time favorite eyeshadow because of the ultra creamy blendable quality it has. It’s a dream to work with. It’s rare I get troublesome fallout. The rich pigments are also incredibly pretty. I can get any look I’m going for no matter how dramatic or subtle. But for my daily natural look it’s especially good. I’m a neutral girl for my day to day look and I always reach for this brand. There’s other palettes in her collection I want to try. I have only 2 so far. Now her packaging is not what I’d call luxury. So if you are wanting the full on luxury experience you won’t get that here except with the quality of her shadows. Her prices are not over the top either which I appreciate. I’d say it’s mid range but high end quality.

detailedReviews 36: content: I adore this palette. I’m writing this after owning this palette for over two years. I’ve got fair neutral skin with brown eyes and I would say I wear most of the colours here as I find them all fairly neutral in tone and only a couple are warmer and I do avoid those sadly. My particular favourite is Andy which is a neutral to cool lilac/pink/taupe. How I wish I could buy a refill for that colour, or find a dupe, as I hit pan after a month of using and it was empty after about 6. I used it most days. I would buy another palette purely for that colour. This palette has some of the most beautiful shimmers that Natasha has made, which are buttery and smooth. The pink is particularly beautiful and not overly dramatic. The maroon colour is also a favourite and I find perfect for smoking out edges of my dark eyes. Fab palette.

detailedReviews 38: content: I've had this palette for around 1-1/2 years and am just now getting around to writing this review. I don't own every Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette, but I do own quite a few. I love almost all of them. This, however, is my favorite one. The cream-to-powder formula is so lovely, and this palette has so many cream-to-powder shades. This formula in particular is so kind, so flattering to more mature eyes. The regular mattes are wonderful too, as well as the metallics and the toppers. It's an absolutely beautiful color story that is so versatile, and it boasts both warm and cool tones and undertones. It's both work friendly and date night friendly. I've been using just this palette the last couple of weeks. It's like I've fallen in love with it all over again, and it brings me joy each time it's time to use it. If you don't like the cream-to-powder formula, this palette isn't for you. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this palette enough! My very favorite shade at this time is Andy, such a lovely lilac crease color! I also like Vivienne on my eyelids when I'm going for an all matte look. Groove and Rebellion are perfect for the outer V. Jude is a very pretty metallic taupe shade, it goes with almost every other color. And Psychedelic is a beautiful topper with multi-colored sparkles. I could go on, because there is no shade in this palette that I dislike. Retro has absolutely been a solid investment for me and my eyeshadow wants/needs!

title: Incredible green and nude shades, versatile
detailedReviews 41: content: I bought this palette in the VIB sale, because I love Natasha Denona eyeshadows and I have nearly all of them. But I don't like neutral palettes and I was sure that I wouldn't like this palette, and would feel bored using it, but boy was I wrong.....
I love this palette, I did so many looks with it- purple looks, neutral brown looks, burgundy looks. I created more than 6 different looks with it and I still don't feel like I'm out of ideas.
The quality is the same ND quality I love, I'm also a fan of the cream to powder matte formula and this palette had about 6 of these in it - Andy has my heart - if you want a light mauve pink look - Andy is the place to start.
I loved the Helio and Jude - they are stunning metallics and they can be used anywhere - inner corner, center lid, wherever you want them to be - they are such special shades. I also loved Swing as a smokey dark plummy look all over the lid, or to use in the outer corner of my eye to define it.
The only eyeshadow that caused me some issues was the duochrome Glitz which shed on my face even with glitter glue, but it was still beautiful.
Psychedelic the Krystal eyeshadow, however is stunning!!
I also recreated a Natasha Denona look following an online tutorial, and it was so beautiful.
This palette is truly beautiful, and I am now a fan of using that light white-pink matte as an inner corner highlight (I've always used shimmers and iridescent eyeshadows there).
So I really ended up loving this palette so very much, I think its a perfect take on an everyday neutral palette and is perfect for fall and winter.

detailedReviews 42: content: Retro is a perfect everyday palette for my coloring (very dark brown hair, brown eyes, light-medium olive skin). It was my first ND purchase and is my most used palette. Yes, the color story is pinky-mauve, but the browns and taupes more than balance it out. All of the tones in this palette work very well for me.
The mattes are pigmented and smooth. Her cream-powder formula applies like second-skin on my lids, and I enjoy using them. Only issue I've had is that hard-pan can form on the cream-powder pans, despite the fact that I never touch the product with my fingers and always use brushes. The metallics are wonderful. Her glittery, topper formula is a bit soft and crumbly. They look very pretty on the eyes and can be built up a little bit, but they're very subtle compared to other glitter shadows in my collection. The packaging is cute and sleek and durable. So many eyeshadows in my collection have been neglected since discovering ND formulas. I also own My Dream; another big favorite of mine - possibly tied with Retro. I'm a big fan and will continue to purchase these palettes. ND has a talent for striking balance between fun and innovative & everyday usable both in color and in formulation.

title: Perfect everyday palette, blendable mattes and metallics
detailedReviews 43: content: Originally bought this palette online from either Sephora or Ulta (cannot remember which website). I was so impressed with the colors and blendability, I had to buy another one. I got an email from Natasha Denona's website about a sale they were having on two palettes for just a bit more than the price of one. So, I jumped on it. I bought another Retro palette, as well as the Zendo palette. I am very happy with the Zendo palette as well. I have hazel eyes and the Zendo palette has gorgeous muted green shades, that are very blendable as well. By the way, I am 68 years old, and I have dry eyelids and they are wrinkled! I use petroleum jelly on my eyelids at night and Smashbox 24 hour primer as a base in the morning. This seems to help my eyeshadow go on very smoothly. I am attaching my picture, using the Retro palette, which was taken tonight. I highly recommend these palettes to anyone who has a dry eyelid or even oily eyelids. These shadows are so blendable; the retro palette lasted me an entire year before I hit pan. I will admit I did use some Mac eyeshadows in between, but still, that is a record for any eyeshadow palette. You may pay a little more, however, the price is worth it for the quality you get. I always recommend using a soft, natural hair eyeshadow brush for older eyelids when applying eyeshadow.

title: Impressed with colors and blendability
detailedReviews 44: content: I used this palette for the first time today, and I am obsessed with the color story. I got so many compliments on my look as well! I am really enjoying the cream to powder formula! It definitely makes applying crease colors with smaller angle brushes really easy for a defined look, and they blend out so smoothly! I genuinely enjoyed using that formula in particular, and for me, the uniqueness of that formula makes the palette worth it. I was afraid the colors would transfer because it is so creamy, but I did not experience that at all! They lasted all day and seriously looked like I had just applied them until I took my makeup off. My only complaint for this palette is that the cream-to-powder formula does not apply as dark as you would expect from looking at the shade in the pan. I went in with “rebellion” in my crease to create a very thin cut crease, then blended it out, going back to add more color to build up depth. I went in with “groove” right on the edges to lightly blend out the crease color and it ended up showing up significantly darker than “rebellion” despite the fact that it looked like a lighter version of it. the swatches online also show it being a little deeper. i was able to blend it out with “nude mauve” and then add “groove” deeper into the crease where i originally built up “rebellion,” and it definitely worked out. it just took time getting to know the product for me to realize that the creamy formulas are definitely more buildable, and don’t give as much depth as you would expect them to.

detailedReviews 45: content: This palette is so pretty. It’s kinda hard for me to use personally because I don’t think cool tones look good on me… I keep trying with this palette though because it is truly breathtaking. I do love how there are so many different looks you can make with it, and of course the formulas are top quality. I’m just trying to figure out how to best use it for my coloring! Not an everyday palette by any means but fun to break out when I’m feeling more creative.

detailedReviews 47: content: Another great midi palette from Natasha! The colors are beautiful and can create beautiful neutral and rosy/mauve eye looks appropriate for Sunday brunch or the office, but you can definitely create more drama for nighttime, too. The shimmers are buttery and pigmented, and go on best with your finger for ultimate payout. I thought about giving four stars only because there’s more fallout with the mattes than normal for this brand, but truth be told that won’t keep me away from using this until I hit pan, so I decided to stick with five stars. I found that any fallout also brushes away super easily and didn’t ruin my complexion makeup if I had already applied it. I’ve seen people comparing it to UD Naked 3, but there’s really no comparison. The quality and color payoff of Natasha’s products blow UD out of the water. The only other palette I would compare it to for its color story is ABH Norvina Vol 4, but, again, the textures are so different, I don’t feel like I have duplicates by owning both. The Mini Retro is a great compliment to build out the color story more, too. Highly recommend!

detailedReviews 48: content: I purchased this palette by complete accident...
I wanted to purchase the glam after seeing Youtubers hype about it incessantly. I guess I must've been sleep deprived because I accidentally ordered the retro instead of the glam, and couldn't cancel it. I had to wait for it to arrive in order for me to have any chance at returning it. I was initially hesitant about because If I wanted to spend money on a high end and luxurious palette, it should have been with the color story that I most use day to day. I thought the colors on the screen reflected what I was going to get (deep mauve tones). Boy was I wrong. While there are some deep mauves, there are also some lighter burgundies and shades that liken to a deep coral IRL. This palette may be more neutral than you think, and it seems to be very versatile for every season. The Formula is neck and neck to Anastasia. Both have great eyeshadow formulas. I have ABH soft glam and enjoy using Retro and Soft glam together to make the ultimate eyeshadow looks day to day. But I also enjoy using it alone. I love this eyeshadow!
Would recommend to everyone

detailedReviews 49: content: This plastic sturdy casing with a large mirror inside the lid gets a *chef’s kiss* for its incredible quality. Beautiful color story, not something I usually for but definitely caught my eye and seeing it in person I’m so happy I got it! Shadows are so buttery smooth and dreamy. It contains 15 shades, creamy mattes, soft buttery shimmers and metallics.
Beautifully pigmented with huge color payoff, swatch amazingly which you will be able to see in my upcoming swatches for this palette. The colors showed up really well on my skin tone which I actually applied with my fingers. Her Creamy blend able formula is extremely easy to work with minimal fall out. The shade selection is very versatile and can be paired with other palettes by ND. Last all day without any creasing. Highly recommend and a great addition to my collection

detailedReviews 50: content: I had banned myself from eyeshadow. Again. I was actually doing pretty good at the time this came out. I did not do my “wait it out and see if you still want it in a month+,” routine. Promo pic. Date in phone. Checkout. This is the most “me” color story in one palette that I have ever found. There are a few colors that were in another palette: Amara, Nude Mauve and Helio were previously released in the Lila Palette. I have (and adore) the Lila palette, and while similar, I don’t feel like any of them are the same. Even if they were, the midi palettes are so much more travel friendly that I would be glad to have baby versions of them. Natasha Denona is probably the best about not hiking up the price for smaller versions of things, as far as large 15 pans vs, midi. The math is not flattering for most others. In this case (I’ll use the Lila) the large 15 pans have 1.2 ounces if product, so half would be 0.60z. Lila is $129, half being $64.50. The midi palette has 0.67 ounces of product for $65. Being that you get and extra 0.07 ounces (standard single size eyeshadow is 0.04-0.05oz) for $0.50, you’re actually coming out better than the full size, as far as the numbers go. That never really happens, so props to her for making it more accessible. Plus the large pans (0.08oz) are impossible to use up, so it’s more efficient in that manner, as well. No issues with performance, at all. I adore Rebellion and Groove. Swing has come in much more useful than I thought it would, as a transition from matte to glitter glue so as not to mess up the matte when applying that. The longevity and quality are amazing. I do not have one complaint about this. If you aren’t familiar with her cream formula, it will likely be frustrating for a while. It took me a bit. Excellent palette and I have no regrets.

detailedReviews 51: content: Why has no one reviewed this gem yet? First off, I know this isn’t an extended version of the very mini retro palette. It doesn’t have the greens in it. Which kind of disappointed me because I personally love pink with light green or sage green - one of my favourite combinations on the eye. BUT, this is a lovely palette. This is why I love Natasha Denona. I’m a single mum and I can’t spend too much time on my eye makeup in the morning. But with Natasha’s formula, I can sweep a colour on my eye lid, mascara, eyeliner and I’m done. It is so quick but looks so pretty because the eyeshadows are high quality. The Retro palette has the beautiful formula in very romantic pinks, dusty colours and also deep cranberries. It’s the palette you can definitely wear to work, on a date, a wedding etc. It’s versatile and I wore it today, it looks very pretty. If you love soft and romantic colours, get it. It’s truly a gem. I own the Biba, the Glam and now the Retro. If I have to pick top two, it would be Glam and Retro. They pair beautifully because of the cool tones in the Glam. Really nice, you won’t regret it.

detailedReviews 54: content: This palette was made for lovers of greens & cool tones, and I am so here for it! I love ND’s formula, and I’ve been waiting for a color story like this from her! Personally these are shades that I love and reach for often, so this is a hit for me. If you don’t reach for greens or cool tones often, this will not be a palette for you. The formula is the same great formula that I expect from ND, and I’ve had no issues with hard pan or fallout. The shades in this palette are a bit more subdued than her previous one; No duochromes or overly glittery/shimmery shades, but still very pigmented and pretty. I’ve heard some complain that there’s not enough depth in the palette, and that may be true for darker skin tones. I’m relatively fair and I find thati can get enough depth in my looks by incorporating the shades Evergreen & Jazzy. This may not be a palette for everyone, but it’s definitely a big win for me!

detailedReviews 55: content: The very first ND palette I bought was the Love palette. I hate that palette and the formulas. I accidentally bought the Glam palette when I meant to buy the Retro palette. The Glam palette changed my mind forever on ND’s palettes. The glam is gorgeous, excellent qualities and textures. I had to buy the Retro because that was the one I actually wanted. I HAVE ZERO REGRETS! I am using it for the first time right now, and it isn’t disappointing me at all. Wow. I wish I would have never bought the Love palette because it tainted my views on her products. I have used the Glam eye palette every day since I got it, but now the Retro is my new every day palette. Wow. The mattes are beautiful and blend well with zero patchiness. The shimmers are to die for. I feel like they are even better than Pat McGrath’s shimmers. I have never been so happy to use a palette! If you have been thinking about this one, and haven’t bought it yet, DO IT! I use natural hair brushes with it and seem to get the best results. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous palette.

detailedReviews 56: content: The 15 pan palette is the perfect size! Just like other Natasha Denona midi palettes, the packaging is well made and the design is stunning. I love the large mirror on the inside which makes applying make up a breeze when you are on the go.
Immediately after opening, I had to rearrange the shades. To me, it makes more sense having the shades organized by color, from lightest to darkest. Thankfully, the magnetic pans are easily removed and can be moved around.
All of the matte and metallic shades are buttery smooth, highly pigmented, and easy to apply. I’m a novice when it comes to applying eyeshadows and won’t be able to pull off any of those amazing looks pictured above, but I have been using this palette to create simple, monochromic looks. Fast forward- now I wear no makeup more than I wear it (home all day with a young baby, etc). Then I saw this palette. I watched YouTube reviews on this. I went for it! The first one I ordered arrived broken, poorly packaged. Ulta sent a replacement and emailed me a label to return the broken one. With all that said, the colors are beautiful. I'm obsessed! The color Lucy is probably my favorite right now. It's looks taupe but actually has a beautiful subtle green to it. I only gave it 4 stars right now bc I haven't used them all. The one whitish glittery color didn't really go on well at all. I haven't used the pinks yet either because I'm obsessed with all the greens. detailedReviews 58: content: As per the title, this was my first ever Natasha Denona palette, and I was so impressed I've been buying at least one a month since, I'm up to 11 now, not including the minis, so the only downside to this is that I'm now ruined for lesser quality eye palettes! I adore the careful selection of colours, and it's very impressive how cleverly the palette has been designed to put complimenting colours next to each other - my friend described it as 'colour matching for dummies'! The mattes are suede soft, the shimmers feel like satin, and the metallics are beautifully bright. I've used this, particularly the mattes, both wet and dry, and the colour pay off is just spectacular, and so easy to blend. It's effortless to create both subtle daytime or dramatic nighttime looks, and I find myself reaching for this palette over and over again despite the collection I've amassed! I definitely think this is a good palette to start with if you're new to Natasha Denona given how very flexible it is, just bear in mind how easy it is to get addicted to this range!

The colors look much deeper/ less pastel to me in person compared to the photos i saw online. The actual case is incredibly well made and very sturdy. Thinking I will remove the pans somehow after I am done to use the compact for storage as I am in love with how beautiful it is. So far I’ve used the Marlin, Fringe, Sage and Oz together and they blend really nicely. Evergreen shade works pretty as a liner too. Not a lot of fallout so far either. Overall a fantastic palette with a perfect variety of matte and metallic. I switch between the two depending on my mood so I rarely buy palettes with just one or the other. I know this is getting a lot of negative reviews because it’s not really an extension of the smaller Retro pallet but in my opinion that’s not a solid reason to dislike it. The color story is stunning and the formula is creamy and pigmented. The mattes blend like a dream and the metallics pack a punch. The shimmers need to be built up but if you use your finger or a slightly dampened brush they’re beautiful and show up really well on light skin tones. I’m not sure which I like more, this or the Glam pallet..they’re for sure my top two ND pallets. I highly recommend this pallet for gals with cool toned skin or gals who like pinky burgundy eyeshadow looks. I *gasped* when I saw this palette! It’s. So. Pretty. It has colors I don’t already have and unlike most palettes, it doesn’t have any duds for me. There’s always a couple in any palette that don’t work for me, hence why I stopped buying palettes.
It’s definitely for cool toned folks, but after years of being bombarded by orange/red/warm brown palette after palette, it’s so nice to see a cool focused one.

The photo`s looked beautiful, but green`s and pink`s. I think she has too many pink palettes already. But on seeing it in person, the shades are Beautiful. It definitely is worth purchasing. Just a thought, she always uses extremely young models in her new product promotions, aged 12 to 20 roughly, and with deep fake tans. These lighter eyeshadow shades do show far better on a deep fake tanned or natural darker skin. If you are very fair, like myself. They don`t have the same impact. Also it would be nice to see her use older models, at least in their 30`s or 40`s for a change. Relating to someone in the age range, who can actually afford to buy her palettes.

I would buy a whole pallette of that formula if it were released! I've been doing a few different looks with this, usually I am guilty of picking my favorite 3-4 shades from a pallette and never really breaking away from them but I have branched out into most if the shades in this one! title: Blendable, buttery, powder cream formula
detailedReviews 69: content: I was waiting for this colour story!! That is what I expected the Retro Palette to be so I'm happy that ND listened to the fans and made a soft tones green and pink palette. Beautiful for spring and summer too!! It reminds me of the Venus XL2 palette from Lime Crime, but better, smoother, more blendable quality. This Retro Glam palette has great pay off, even the more pastel shades have a solid pigmentation on my light to medium skin tone, and the shimmers are beautiful and easy to apply. I can definitely recommend this palette for it's quality. I did two looks with it using roughly 10 of the shades and it's amazing. I still recommend the use of a primer if you want the look to stay put throughout the day.

detailedReviews 70: content: This palette is a gorgeous cool toned palette and is consistent with other Natasha Denona Formulas. Buttery smooth and pigmented. The shimmers and mattes are gorgeous. Only A little fall out with a few of the shimmer shades but if you use glitter glue you should be fine. The color story is not one I’d use everyday, however, the colors do go together beautifully and for the right occasion you can create a gorgeous look! I love how this palette can be used for a toned down more subtle look or a glam and more bold look (with the shimmers ) . Very easily blendable and very little fall out. I find the packaging absolutely gorgeous

detailedReviews 71: content: Look, this palette was love at first sight. I knew I had to have it. I bought it, I tried it out, and it didn't work out at first. I felt like it was overall too dark for my skin tone. Every look appeared quite dark and vampy - and there's nothing wrong with that, but I didn't feel like it was versatile enough. Disappointed, I returned it and bought the Glam palette. We had a great run, but my heart ached. I wanted Retro back. I pined for her, needed her. Foolishly, I thought the Huda Rose Quartz would be able to fill the void. That's a palette that is special in her own way, but she is NO Retro. RQ simply is not deep enough. She's breathtaking, truly, but I still felt empty. I lamented. Tortured by my own folly. Then! I remembered that the VIB sale was coming up, so I put my long lost love & the queen of my heart - the ND Retro palette - in my cart and waited. Now, I finally have her again, in my arms. I will never turn my back on her again. I still have the Glam palette and find that they pair together fabulously. We're one big happy family! Also the cream to powder formula in this palette is divine - it's improved drastically from the last time this formula was in a palette.

detailedReviews 72: content: Was after this one for a while but seemed to be out of stock on here snapped it up when it came back in as I didn’t want to miss out. It is a very dark leaning palette however the lighter shades help soften it. The shimmers seem a little more subtle than her recent releases however used wet I can get more of an impact. Some shades can leave me looking a little bruisey however I’ve learnt to control how much I pick up and apply. No regrets glad I added this to my collection

detailedReviews 73: content: I absolutely fell in love with this from day 1. The color story is not something I expected to enjoy but gave it a try thanks to all the raving reviews and it did not disappoint. As all her formulas, this one leaves nothing to be desired but what stands out the most on this palette is how flattering the colors look on my light cool/neutral skin. It is effortless to create a look and it lasts all day long. I am not a glitz fan but I love Psychedelic - it is the most amazing shifty shade that can also be used as a topper with light touch.

detailedReviews 74: content: Green-eyed goddesses rejoice! I would liken this palette to UD’s Naked 3, but for daytime. Can easily add in darker tones for a sexy night look later on. The two duochrome pinks elevate any look if you want a little more glam for everyday looks. Suited beautifully for cooler-toned fair skin like mine, though I’m sure it would look stunning on a plethora of skin tones. I get so many compliments on my eyeshadow, though I wouldn’t say I’m much of an eye makeup expert at all. You don’t need to be with this palette because everything blends nicely with one another that it’s hard to look unintentional. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. Buy it!!!

detailedReviews 76: content: When I first saw this I wasn't going to buy. Then I saw Natasha's swatches and was interested. I'm not huge I to mauves and berry tones, but there were a few shades in here, go go and opart that caught my eye. I was going to order it and share it with my mom. Well .. after two looks with it I love this palette. Everything works together sooo well! I think I'm going to keep this one for myself and just buy my mom her own. I like every shade in this palette and that almost never happens. I don't own any palettes with this color story, so for me it is unique. I love her cream to power formula, and this palette has 5 of them. I just love it. One other review here said it was love palettes younger more chill sister, I think it's the older chill sister lol.
For those that are upset it has no greens. Natasha said on a live that she isn't done with th retro theme and a palette with greens will be on the way.

detailedReviews 77: content: I got this in the mail yesterday and used it the past 2 days and I’m in LOVE. I was a little unsure how I would feel because some of the pictures I felt looked pretty red and others looked super purple. If you like romantic berry tones this is the palette for you. This gives me ABH Modern Renaissance vibes but in that Natasha Denona formula we all love. The only think I would say is if you don’t like her cream to powder formula this has quite a few in it so keep that in mind. Is this a revolutionary color story? No not at all. But I think this is a really wareable take on plums/berrys and taupes and I think this is something PERFECT for going into fall but wearable enough for all year too

Second, this palette color story is very unique, I don’t have anything like it in my collection. I love that the greens are so cool toned, and lean more grey than actual green. I wish there were a few darker matte shades, but it’s still beautiful. The shimmer are very pretty, and I’ve used the darker shimmers in the crease when I wanted to darken a look further. Overall, a beautiful, unique palette, that allows you to create a variety of looks in pink, sage green, brown-grey. A great and interesting take on a fall palette for sure.

detailedReviews 86: content: I was pleasantly surprised by this palette. wasn't too sure based on intial swatches and reviews, but when I received it, I searched and tried it, and really liked my looks. I like the number of mattes and the fact that I can get soft romantic looks but also deeper ones.
It worked surprisingly well with my olive medium neutral skin. I like the number of mattes it has. If I had to be picky, I would say that some of the deeper mattes could have had more variety, and the lighter shimmers could show up more pink/mauve on medium skin. But really on the eyes I'm liking my looks, which is what matters.
I have some 5-pan ND palettes and this is my first midi, but I am very happy with the formula.

It's so beautiful and the packaging feels luxurious, I definitely recommend it. The formula is amazing and it's very pigmented. The cream to powder takes a little getting used to at first, but it's worth it for the pay off. It's best to pack it on, then blend lightly. title: Favorite midi palette, pigmented formula
detailedReviews 93: content: I had high expectations and was very excited to get my hands on this palette, but unfortunately I didn't get the results I expected. Although the mattes do not take long to pigment when applied, I need to swipe the glitter shadows several times for the color to show. And what is worse for me is the short duration of the shine on the eyelids, for example, the flare shadow, beautiful pink with shine, even with the prime, and at the end makeup fixer spray, the shine lasted about 3 hours , and this disappoints, and I tried different ways, applying it with my finger, applying fixative on the brush first, but without success. Another shadow that I like a lot, but still, I need to go over it several times, it is maxi, and when I want to blend, I practically remove it, it is a color that must be applied carefully and almost not move it :( And I like the green ones a lot, but again, marlin, it's a shadow that I have to reapply so that the color shows up and the shine falls off in a short time, it's almost matte :'( Tempted to return it, but I bought it with a 50% discount, I paid 35 dollars, almost what the minis cost. Also, the date to return it expires tomorrow, and I can't go to the store, otherwise I would return it. I really like the green ones, but you can't see the difference when I layer different greens. I can only console myself with the price I bought it for, but I wouldn't have thought about it for so long if I had paid the normal price. I will continue trying other techniques to maintain the shine on the eyelid, although to date I still can't achieve it. For reference, I have a nars, summers solstise palette, I get color without having to apply several times and the shine lasts a long time.

title: Glitter shadows need multiple swipes, short shine duration
detailedReviews 94: content: I’m a huge fan of ND eyeshadows and was so excited to see she released the Retro midi palette, as I regularly use the Retro Mini. Unfortunately this is the absolute WORST palette I have purchased from her. The shadows need several dips to build up the color, because they’re dusty and blend away the minute you take a blending brush to them. Exactly like the very lowest quality dollar store eyeshadow would do.
I was shocked the first couple of times I tried it and experienced the awful quality, so I proceeded to try all the shadows of the palette just to make sure it wasn’t just a couple of duds… unfortunately they all had the same mediocre performance. Not only that, even with a good primer the shadows barely last a couple of hours before they go poof! And disappear from my eyelids. I do not have oily lids, and usually have no issues with eyeshadows staying put. In fact I used her mini Gold today, and the shadows from that palette stayed fresh for over 12 hours until I removed my makeup.
Whoever gave this palette 5 stars was either paid in product or money, or didn’t bother actually trying the eyeshadows for more than 5 minutes. I forgot to return the thing, now it’s in the bottom of my reject drawer. If you buy this anyway don’t say I didn’t warn you, it’s not going to meet your expectations. Get the Retro Mini, it’s great. Skip this one, it’s a completely different and terrible quality formula.

title: Worst palette, dusty, blend away, mediocre performance
detailedReviews 95: content: If you enjoy soft washes of color and very muted shimmers, you'll enjoy this palette. I can see people who want to dip their toes into colors but mostly enjoy neutral looks enjoying this.
Color in the pan is not what you get on your lid for many shades here. The contrast between sage and fringe (2 matte greens) is minimal on the lid, and both have fallout. Same with holly and belle (2 matte pinks).
I think you can get more looks than the mini retro palette, but this palette, as with most ND palettes, have too many redundancies. I wish I got what I see visually of the palette on my lids. It's so pretty, but boy was I disappointed.
Flutter (the left bottom shimmer) is very powdery, and has a lot of fallout. Palladian (the minty green light shimmer) does most of the heavy lifting in majority of the looks you might create, unless you are sticking with non-green colors.
This is a palette with mattes and shimmers you need to pack on, or the colors will blend away. These remind me of ABH due to lots of kick back, except ABH mattes give pigment.
If you want pigment and shine, this is not for you. An indie brand, Sydney Grace, has a palette bundle called, In Mel's Memory, that suits me more (more depth, no redundant shades, pigment, buttery mattes with minimal fallout). The shade commission in that bundle is a favorite of mine, reminds me of Victoria Beckham's velvet lid lustre shade.

title: Soft washes of color, disappointing pigment
detailedReviews 96: content: I wasn't sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars but if I'm being honest, it's a 3. I love a lot of Natasha's palettes and this color story is so beautiful but I feel like the cream-to-powder formula is just okay. I guess for this $65 price point, that's what we get. I tend to like the $120 palettes much more. I don't know what is different about that formula, but Circo Loco has some seriously amazing eyeshadows. Can we get that formula with these colors, please? I do enjoy the Lila palette, which is probably the closest thing to this in her $120 formula. It just blows my mind that Glam and Bronze are so good and this is just okay. I do think this palette is better than the Zendo palette overall, but like Zendo, I think we are missing some serious shimmer/topper shades in this palette. Most of these shimmers are the not-so-shiny kind like in the Zendo palette. There are only two shimmer shades I respect in here: psychedelic and glitz. It sucks that they are both shades of light pink. The other shades that appear shimmery really aren't once they are on the eye. These eyeshadows fade significantly after only a few hours and even the two shimmers I mentioned seem to fade in their intensity. This is a good palette if you have to go to the office and look toned down all the time. If you want significant bling, this is not it. I'm not sorry I bought this. I'm sure I will use it for job interviews and when I have to actually show up at the office. It's not what I was expecting based on the other palettes at this price point. I feel like it's better than the Love palette but nowhere near Bronze or Glam. I actually purchased the Melt, She's In Parties palette around the same time as this one and I absolutely love that one. It's more of a violet color story with much deeper colors, but the shimmers are shiny and the longevity is better than this palette. I also bought a Colourpop quad called Sorbet with a similar color story, but the shimmers really bling.

title: Cream-to-powder formula just okay, fades
detailedReviews 97: content: I returned this after trying it out. Let me preface that I am a newbie when it comes to eyeshadow...I rarely use more than 3 colours at once. I was very excited because I haven't been intrigued by a colour story from ND in a while. But a lot of these colours look very similar on the lids: the two darker green shimmers, the two mint green mattes, the two tan/grey mattes, the two pinks, the two dark brown shimmers. These pairs don't look very different once on the eye and that really narrows down the versatility of this palette. Honestly using any of the green tones made the whole look very redundant. And the dusty pinks barely showed up on me so it was hard to get anything different. No dark matte shade also meant I had to dig into a different palette or single...I don't like using shimmers for my darker shades, only as a pop of colour sort of thing.
I decided to stick with the mini version even though I wanted the greens in that one to look more green (as they are in the midi) because you can get as many looks (maybe more) out of the mini as with the midi.
Note that I am Asian with not a lot of yellow in ny skintone and this palette looked grey and chalky on me. Very pretty colours in the pan and a unique colour story that you don't see much in Western makeup as far as I've seen but just did not work for me.

detailedReviews 98: content: Like all ND palettes this is a collection of high performing shadows. If you think this is a purple leaning palette though, or a cooler toned one, you're going to be disappointed (I hoped for both, which is on me). Despite some website images, this is very much warm pink/mauve/warm maroon/warm brown dominated. There is one quite nice pale pink shimmer (the almost identical one leans peach) and a pinky white matte thats more neutral but despite appearances, there are no cool transition shades in there. My very fair, neutral/cool self can still get use from it, but I'd say its just one more warm toned pink palette to add to the mass of warm toned pink palettes that seem to be an industry default.

title: Disappointed, very warm toned pink palette
detailedReviews 99: content: While I *love* this color story- I was a little baffled by it's release during the winter- not that *that* plays into anything at all, I just see these shades and tones more for "springtime" eye looks. All of that aside, and this is not a flex- but I own every Natasha Denona palette that she's ever released (aside from the minis) and her MIDI palettes are 100/10 my favorite formula EVER. That said- this palette is.... lacking for me. The green shades that I was most attracted to are dusty and don't adhere to my eyelids very well. After a few hours, they've faded considerably and made my eyes appear sullen and like I'm sea sick. The shimmer shades don't give the incredible "shimmy" they usually give. The pink shades are great- but they aren't why I was drawn to the palette. Of all her midi palettes, I always wondered if there was ever going to be a "dud" because every single one before was a banger. But then there was *this*, unfortunately, *this* palette was the overall "dud" for me.

title: Lacking for me, greens are dusty
detailedReviews 100: content: I'm really shocked at the rave reviews this palette has. The tan colors even have a gray green to them. All of the Matte shadows are blendable but not on the level of like Anastasia or Urban palettes. The gray green look is good for me because I have green eyes on the blue side but its not totally what I was looking for. Even though you see all these different colors they don't have much definition. There is no good inner eye and brow color for just under the brow. Flutter is a fall out mess and doesn't apply well. It needs to be pressed on or maybe a wet brush to apply. The glitter chunks are large. I Also had a lot of fall out with Jazzy and it messed up the look I was doing. I got it to look nice but again not what I wanted. Flare is pretty but not much pay off. Some of the colors in the palette aren't in straight and are little loose. Overall, I like having a unique palette but there is no way this is worth 69.00. I won't buy Natasha Denona again without testing in the store because the blend ability and color pay off is not there.

detailedReviews 101: content: This was sent to me in exchange for review :
⭐️The packaging is SO COOL. 10/10
⭐️The layout of the palette isn’t super appealing to me, but when I swatched the shades next to other shades in the same color family, it made a lot more sense. This might be a palette I eventually rearrange.
⭐️I’m not normally one to wear greens, but I LOVE the tone of these greens. Super wearable (even to work) and very flattering. That being said, there isn’t much variety in tone/depth with the greens. No matter which green shades you apply, I think you’re only going to get one or two green looks on the eyes.
⭐️Formula: great quality, no issues there. I wish all of the metallics were super shiny. Most of them are more of a satin finish. The shade Flutter is supposed to be the same formula as Galaxia from Mini Retro (and Star) but I don’t find it to be as impactful and glittery on the eye as Galaxia.
The Verdict: I like this palette, but do you NEED it? No. If you love these colors, then by all means get it! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I’ve been waiting for this palette to drop for years which might be part of the problem… I might have hyped it up too much. The color story is stunning… but that does not transition into a nice eye look. I’ve found all the greens to be the same color upon applying to the lid. You can’t get good definition of the colors and they, ugh I hate to say this, the colors definitely fade throughout the day. I’ve tried numerous primers, setting spray, wetting the brush… nothing. I definitely know my way around makeup and this was a big miss for me. I would save your money and splurge for one of her better palettes. Or the same look can be created using the mini size. Literally the greens apply the exact same color.

detailedReviews 103: content: The minute I saw this palette online I placed my order right away. I really wanted to love it. The colors are beautifully coordinated and there is nothing like this on the market. The actual case is stunning as well. BUT... the formulas don't cut it. I've used every primer (Urban Decay, Nars, Haus Labs) and it doesn't matter. Within 2-3 hours the shadows are muddy and fading. After 5 hours I am dying to wash my face and re-apply. I found that layering NudeStix pencils underneath in coordinating colors worked beautifully, but I don’t want to have to do this every time. ND did NOT meet my expectations with this one, which was super sad. Good lesson to filter on verified purchasers, as the 5 stars is being generated by incentivized reviews.

The color variety seen in the promo pics isn't there in real life, and even on my vampire-white skin, so many of my eye looks have ended up looking identical to each other, even when I'm using completely different shadows. The darker shades have to be packed on to get real color payoff, as do the two pink shimmers (though when carefully applied, they're probably the most exciting shades in the palette). The quality is good but it's not incredible; I love the sturdy packaging and the shadows blend-able just fine, but the shimmers come with fallout and on my semi-hooded eyes, the darker colors are prone to patchiness and creasing. I didn't have a problem readjusting that expectation because it was based on an assumption, so I didn't join the choir of people online complaining. it's easy to use, the shadows are rich and pigmented and their shades are beautiful. but a lot of these shades honestly blend into the same shade, really, if you move your brush more than once or twice and could have been substituted for something else to round the palette out.

detailedReviews 108: content: I adore Mini Retro so I was waiting for her to release same kind of vibe palette. And she did! But I have a few things to say about it: 1) Pinks are not pinks here, especially the metallic one. It has some red in it — and it’s not a perfect duet for her sage green ones. I’m looking like I’m having an eye infection (I’m really pale). 2) There’s not enough shades for darkening the look, even the lash line (evergreen is not enough, imo). Also I wish she had more sparkles in it. Otherwise I like this palette, the green and satin chocolate grey area are gorgeous. Not my favorite but still a good one.

detailedReviews 111: content: I adore my Colorpop and Juvia's Place eyeshadow palettes. But I kept seeing influencers on YouTube rave about this pallette. Certainly, the color story is lovely and the product applies smoothly, especially with a base of primer. It does take a while to build up an intense look, but for everyday errands, a quick dab and you're good to go. Did I buy the most expensive pallette in my collection to run errands? No, I did not. Do I like spending 40 minutes on my eyes alone because it takes so long to build the color? Not really. But is the pallette beautiful and do I feel beautiful wearing it? A resounding yes. If you love cool-toned greens and pinks, and you can afford a special splurg, I say go for it. My biggest complaint is the price, not the product.

However, when I got it, I was really disappointed in how it looked on me. I tried several color combos and didn’t love any of them on me. While the colors are beautiful, they do not work with my skin tone. It’s frustrating because there’s no mention of what skin tones these do better with in the description. I love Natasha Denona shadows, so it’s not the shadow itself. Just don’t like how there’s not enough info in the description to help you pick what is best on your colouring.
For more info. I have dark brown hair and eyes, and medium/golden skin.

detailedReviews 120: content: I was incredibly excited to get this eyeshadow palette when I first saw sneak peaks of it, the color story was right up my alley and after using it multiple times I do have some thoughts on it.
-Do not use a tacky or slippery eyeshadow primer with it (for instance I used the viseart primer on first use). I found that I could not blend out the colors on my crease at all, even with high quality brushes, and I normally don't have that issue at all especially with my viseart primer. I can normally stamp a color into the shape I want and blend it out but it became a giant patchy mess. I did manage to fix the look but it definitely took a lot of time to do so.
-The sparkly shades are sheer and will leave microglitter all over your face if you don't use some type of glitter glue. I tried to use them as toppers over the metallics and had sparkles all over my face in just a few hours. They also do not layer well.
-While it is a gorgeous palette, like a lot color chromatic palettes you aren't going to get a wide array of looks from it. The deepest shade doesn't really deepen it enough so I often find myself reaching into other palettes to expand on the look, or for something more shimmery but without the hassle of the 2 glittery shades. If you don't like deep eye looks though and maybe just blend out a shade or two this could be a perfect palette for you.
All in all I don't regret purchasing this at all, I do wish the sparkly shades were a different formula and more opaque/buildable but I'm happy to have it in my collection. I would definitely say it all comes down to your personal style on if this is the right palette for you and if you are a beginner or not because you might find some issues with the mattes.

detailedReviews 121: content: I wasn't sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars but if I'm being honest, it's a 3. I also bought a Colourpop quad called Sorbet with a similar color story, but the shimmers really bling.

detailedReviews 133: content: I wasn’t one of those people who freaked out about the color story since I wasn’t familiar with the mini palette they were hoping would be better represented here. I was just pleased with the story in general. I wish pink were better represented and there were fewer greens or at least bigger differences between the greens, but it’s still a beautiful palette nonetheless. and look how gorgeous the palette itself is!

detailedReviews 134: content: I'm really shocked at the rave reviews this palette has. I won't buy Natasha Denona again without testing in the store because the blend ability and color pay off is not there.

detailedReviews 135: content: I was incredibly excited to get this eyeshadow palette when I first saw sneak peaks of it, the color story was right up my alley and after using it multiple times I do have some thoughts on it.
I would definitely say it all comes down to your personal style on if this is the right palette for you and if you are a beginner or not because you might find some issues with the mattes.

detailedReviews 136: content: I wasn't sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars but if I'm being honest, it's a 3. I also bought a Colourpop quad called Sorbet with a similar color story, but the shimmers really bling.

detailedReviews 137: content: The minute I saw this palette online I placed my order right away. Good lesson to filter on verified purchasers, as the 5 stars is being generated by incentivized reviews.

detailedReviews 138: content: I bought this palette during the November sale because I wanted to try a Natasha Denona palette, and so far have been disappointed. I'm on the fence about returning it, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who are debating whether it's worth the splurge (it's not).

detailedReviews 139: content: I have almost all Natasha’s palettes and I follow her religiously.

Prior to using any of the shadows, I use a primer to help the color(s) last longer. When I first put on the colors with my eye shadow brush, the colors look WONDERFUL, but after an hour or less, I could not see the particular colors on my eyes. This is NOT what I desired. I really would like my eyeshadows to last at least 8-hours, and these shades did not last an hour!!!!

detailedReviews 143: content: I adore my Colorpop and Juvia's Place eyeshadow palettes. My biggest complaint is the price, not the product.

detailedReviews 144: content: I bought this palette because it looked beautiful and had great reviews. The make up on the models liked amazing as well.
I have dark brown hair and eyes, and medium/golden skin.

detailedReviews 146: content: I had high expectations and was very excited to get my hands on this palette, but unfortunately I didn't get the results I expected. For reference, I have a nars, summers solstise palette, I get color without having to apply several times and the shine lasts a long time.

title: Glitter shadows need multiple swipes, short shine duration
detailedReviews 147: content: I’m a huge fan of ND eyeshadows and was so excited to see she released the Retro midi palette, as I regularly use the Retro Mini.
Skip this one, it’s a completely different and terrible quality formula.

title: Worst palette, dusty, blend away, mediocre performance
detailedReviews 148: content: If you enjoy soft washes of color and very muted shimmers, you'll enjoy this palette.
The shade commission in that bundle is a favorite of mine, reminds me of Victoria Beckham's velvet lid lustre shade.

title: Soft washes of color, disappointing pigment
detailedReviews 149: content: I returned this after trying it out.
Very pretty colours in the pan and a unique colour story that you don't see much in Western makeup as far as I've seen but just did not work for me.

detailedReviews 150: content: Like all ND palettes this is a collection of high performing shadows. My very fair, neutral/cool self can still get use from it, but I'd say its just one more warm toned pink palette to add to the mass of warm toned pink palettes that seem to be an industry default.

detailedReviews 151: content: While I *love* this color story- I was a little baffled by it's release during the winter- not that *that* plays into anything at all, I just see these shades and tones more for "springtime" eye looks. But then there was *this*, unfortunately, *this* palette was the overall "dud" for me.

detailedReviews 152: content: This was sent to me in exchange for review :
