Without the sweetener, the protein would be a bit bitter or sour. Nobody wants a bitter-sour chocolate shake. 1. DOES NOT MIX WELL WITH MY OATMILK. I’m not sure if it mixes well with dairy or other plant based milks, but no matter how long I shake it in my blender bottle, there is still protein stuck in the bottom and sides. My blender bottle is pretty legit and I’ve never had an issue with other proteins so why this one doesn’t mix well is beyond me.
2. Clumpy, aside from the protein sticking to my cup, the protein that does mix into my milk is still clumpy and I can just taste clumps of powder. My boyfriend told me he mixes it with a little bit of milk first and then adds the rest of his serving after it has dissolved. I tried that and it still doesn’t work. I like it quick and smooth. I will finish this protein and try something else at GNC I won’t be buying this again.
Try the wheybolic if you can afford it instead.

I havent used it yet before or after a work out, testing that today. The only thing that bugged me is the container isnt filled to the top! Its like when you open a bag of chips and its so small. The powder should be filled up higher, and a scoop should be included too. Overall a good product just a few minor tweaks would of been nice.
