My mother uses it for Vit K2 MK7 supplementation (for osteoporosis, as it directs the calcium in the blood and tissues to the bones/teeth), Vit K2 MK4 is not available in India, so MK7 is the only available variant of Vit K2. 180-200 mcg is the recommended dosage for bone strengthening, but my mother is only consuming under 100mcg to see if there are any side effects. We use it in addition to Vitamin D3 + Magnesium + Zinc.
