Pros: One of the most beautiful watches I have come across at this price point. The dark blue, black and rose gold colour combination is super elegant and rich. The dial looks stunning. Even after wearing this watch everyday for around 2 years, it still makes me smile when I look at it.
Even the crown and hands look perfect! I cannot praise the design of this watch enough! The quality of the watch is also pretty good.
Cons: The strap quality is not great. It kept leaking blue colour whenever it got wet and had stained some of my clothes. I had to get the strap replaced.
The seconds hand and the chronograph hands are not set properly, they don't point exactly to the minute markers.
Although I can't complain at this price point, I would have gladly paid more for a sapphire crystal on this watch.

I recently ordered the Fossil FS4812 watch from your official website. Upon receiving the order, I was shocked to find that the watch had come out of its case. Fortunately, there was no visible external damage, but I did notice that the strap near the dial was extremely stiff, making it difficult to wear.
Additionally, the return process has been frustrating. The return option on your website does not work, forcing me to write an email to request a return. On top of that, I now have to wait several days for the refund, which adds to the inconvenience.
Despite finding the same watch on multiple platforms at a lower price, I chose to purchase directly from the official Fossil website trusting I would receive a properly handled, genuine product. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing.
I sincerely request that you strengthen your logistics to ensure products are securely packaged and transported without issues. Being a well-known brand, I also urge you to streamline the return process on your website to make it user-friendly and less time-consuming.
