content: I'm a fan of asics gel cumulus so imagine this to be the same level of gel comfort but with a a more stiff and rugged outsole and a rugged upper material. Im guessing it may be a little water proof which makes it less breathable perhaps. Only thing i feel its missing is the runners loop i let holes for a more secure fit when needed. I suppose this would be fine when on a light go medium rugged terrain.

Quality feels premium and the ortholite sole will keep you happy on long treks or workout sessions. It is rugged so you can do anything with it. I had used 3 pairs of asics, had Gel sonoma 3 which lasted for around 4 years and never let me down, so I was kind of hesitant to move away from gel sonoma family but these are just as good, design is very simple but man no words can describe how good these are. Asics are just so good in terms of quality and reliability. If these are on a sale, buy it. Totally worth it.
